Only For Workers
Pros:

The hotel was clean and there is plenty of hot water. However, if you are traveling for business or on vacation, this hotel is not geared for you. THe people staying there are very nice, but they are almost all construction workers or laborers. As such they hotel caters to their needs. For instance the hotel advertises a grab and go breakfast, but they are gone by 7:15 as the workers have taken them and left.

Our room was clean and comfortable but showed noticeable wear. The kitchen had a missing cabinet door, a drawer with the face coming loose, and visible gouges on shelves and drawers. We noticed a hole in the wall near the window that appeared to be caused by someone punching the wall on a previous visit.

the pool was poorly maintained during our stay. It appeared to have been skimmed only once while we were there - which was on a weekend since the workers aren't using it during the week, and significant amounts of debris were in the water on all but one day, making it uninviting to use.

Security of the outside doors was rather lax, with several doors being propped open at all time. One day we received a knock on our door with someone looking for a previous guest.

ESA properties can be a good option for long stays, but this one is not geared for vacationers or anyone not on a laborer schedule.

The room had hair all over the place shower bed not a good place I didn't even stay i left and found another hotel crack heads and hookers hanging around the place just a bad vibe

Room and A/C smelled of mold. Black mold was growing on the A/c unit vents. Hotel was run down and not as clean as expected.

Overall very happy, no issues, very quiet and peaceful. Nice staff while not being too obtrusive.
Pros:

Location is perfect, near everything but still on a quiet road away from main roads. Like the setup in room w table and rolling chairs, and nice size closets and actual kitchen cabinets!

Cons:

Breakfast very plain..muffin brand not good at all. Coffee too light, need a bold option or button on machine. Switching Breakfast items from day to day would help..maybe some bananas or apples,oranges and different brand of muffin. Loved having the rolling chairs for seating- but the chairs themselves were not comfortable ones.
