The only disappointment was that there were few staff members who could speak English, but everything else was good.

Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist unflexibel und überfordert, wahrscheinlich Personalmangel.
Unser Zimmer war extrem sauber, dafür hätte ich gerne eine gute Bewertung abgegeben. Die Therme/Wellness war nicht nutzbar, der Parkplatz wurde aber extra in Rechnung gestellt.

Essen sehr gut. Beim Personal hoher Anteil an Auszubildenden. Sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum wäre gut. Sauna, Dampfbad sowie Massagen Kosmetik sehr gut! Lage exzellent!

Frühstück Kategorie 1 Stern....unmöglich und anmaßend das Personal bzw Restaurantleiter/ Einlasspersonal beim Eingang.
Bei der Abschlussrechnung/Auschecken sollte Abendbrot mit bezqhot werden, war aber nicht gebucht und waren wir auch nicht.
Parkplatzreservierung musste durch mich per Mail nachgewiesen werden. Hatte gebucht, schon Wochen vorher. War aber im hotel nicht vermerkt, sodass ich auf dem Feuerwehr Parkplatz stehen musste...wurde sogar so angeordnet. Es war natürlich kein Parkplatz vorhanden für mich.

Very nice and cozy hotel with just 30 sec from the beach.

Good breakfast and nice big rooms. Had the ocean view room, and it was very nice.

Some of the staff should have more english traning.
But i can undestand why this is not prioritezed since 99,99% of everyone staying at Zinnowitz are German speaking :)

The only big drawback was that there is NO air condition. No nothing.,
Had the room had AC, the stay would be amazing.

But all in all, a very good Hotel experience

Nettes, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragende Lage, Matjes schon zum Frühstück!!!

Zimmer waren groß und geräumig, sehr positiv ist, dass jedes Zimmer zwei Sessel und einen separaten Tisch besitzt. Beim international besetzten Personal ist von sehr gut, bis sehr unhöflich alles dabei. Essen war am ersten Tag außergewöhnlich gut, am zweiten Tag war es durchwachsen von sehr gut bis nicht so toll.

Die Lage des Hotels ist das beste, sonst eher ok, kein Schwimmbad im Hotel, dafür muss man in die Ostseetherme laufen. Personal ist meist polnisch und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ebenfalls ok, nichts besonderes. Alles in allem ok, aber kein besonderes Erlebnis.

Der Service zum Frühstück und Abendbrot ist nur als befriedigend einzuschätzen .Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam was das Abräumen von Geschirr z. B betrifft.Das Buffet zum Abend wird nicht ständig aufgefüllt . Das Personal führt im Beisein des Gastes Streitgespräche durch.
Toll fanden wir von den Mitarbeitern der Rezeption den Wunsch von uns zum Hochzeitstag Blumen zu besorgen , den Tisch früh und Abends passend zu dekorieren .Dafür Danke,

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und vermittelt einen ordentlichen Hauch von Luxus, wenn man vom Portier auf das Zimmer begleitet wird.
Betritt man das Zimmer, in unserem Fall ein Maisonette-Zimmer mit Balkon zum Strand, so fühlt man sich sofort wohl und möchte eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg. Dieses Gefühl verlor sich auch über die restlichen Tage unseres Aufenthaltes nicht! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, komfortabel, alles passte!
Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen im Hotel waren sehr gut - vielfältig und reichhaltig.

Ein kostenpflichtiger PKW-Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Aber bitte vorab direkt beim Hotel anrufen und reservieren!

Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt, eingecheckt und auf mein Zimmer begleitet. Der Mitarbeiter hat mir Alles erklärt. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich und lecker. Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Kaffespeziialitäten konnte man sich nach seiner Wahl holen. Die Dame beim Checkout war kühl und distanziert. Kein Lächeln oder ein freundliches Wort. Insgesamt war es erfreulich.

This is just a great hotel, right on the promenade and the Baltic. We had a great duplex room with a view of the sea. The front desk service was excellent and truly helpful. The food was great, served buffet style in a lovely large dining room. We picked this place based on reviews on the day we stayed there after a change in plan, it met our expectations!

Room was lovely although we didn't have a sea view.

Everything about the hotel was good and I would certainly stay here again if I return to Zinnowitz.

Sehr nettes Hotel, gute Lage im autofreien Strandbereich. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet.
Dazwischen aind wir die ganze Insel abgelaufen. Wunderschön!
Innerhalb von zehn Minuten kommt man zum Bahnhof und allen Discontern.
Lokale, Theater, Strand und Zentrum sind wesentlich schneller zu erreichen.

Gratis WLAN, gratis Thermeneintritt, gratis Bademäntel.

The hotel is located in front of the beach promenade at the centre of the resort of Zinnowitz, which is less crowded than its counterparts of Ahlbeck, Herringsdorf and Bansin. One can decide to come either by car (the hotel has a private parking against payment) or by public transportation. The first alternative offers a maximum of flexibility to explore the isle of Usedom but parking fees are charged almost everywhere. The second alternative is to come by train (the hotel arranges transfers from the railway station, which is bit far from the hotel) and then to travel by train or bus or hired bicycle: the cycling paths are separated from the motor traffic on the island.
Rooms facing the promenade and located at the higher floors have a beautiful view over the Baltic Sea (in German: Ostsee) and the islands. We rented a suite at the top floor which was very spacious and had ample space to hang cloths. The bedroom was located in a mezzanine but the bathroom was on the lower floor. While this was not a problem for us, persons with reduced mobility should consider that point.
Restaurant is excellent and serves mainly local products, e.g., fish from the Baltic and venison in autumn. There is also a good choice of wines. While dinner is served pretty early as it is the case in German resort hotels, there is no problem if one arrives between 19:30 and 20:00 and the restaurant is even quieter. Personnel are very friendly and helpful.
In short, the hotel is the ideal place for perfect holidays on the isle of Usedom.

Durch eine akute eigene Erkrankung zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes entstand für das Personal ein zusätzlicher Aufwand.Es war ganz rührend wie mman sich um meine Gattin gekümmert hat.Wir sind sehr sehr dankbar und konnten bald die gemütlichen Seiten geniessen

We reserved three nights at this amazing location on the island of Usedom. Beware of unusual street numbering practices when trying to get here. Interesting registration procedures (please make sure to use all your academic titles!) was followed by a quite decent room, with modern amenities.The hotel is just a few steps from the beach (we missed breakfast every day, so we cannot judge the quality of that service). Germans normally would rent a beach basket to protect themselves from the environment, but that might not really be necessary. After beach, be especially aware about the "second edition" sparkling wine, which for unimaginable reasons had the house wine label! This wine should under no circumstances be tasted. Even worse was the red "Spät Burgunder", which could hardly be used for cleaning your glasses. Please, if the hotel direction is reading this, immediately substitute these insults for water or for anything drinkable! Now, if you can imagine life without sparkling or red wine, you might rate this hotel higher than we did. If you do want to have a pleasant time in Travel Charme, make sure you ask the reception for a better wine! In the end, midnight bathing in the Ostsee compensated for everything, so do not hesitate, come here, and go drinking somewhere else!

Für uns als jüngeres Paar eher ein Fehlgriff. Sehr gediegene und schweigsame Atmosphäre, Angebote wie Sport und Ausflugsprogramm sind v.a. auf Senioren ausgerichtet. Unserer Meinung nach eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Für den Preis sind Zimmer uns Service nicht besonders herausragend. Fahrräder und Parken kosten darüber hinaus noch extra. Viele eher ältere Stammgäste schienen sich aber sehr wohlzufühlen. Wir würden nicht noch einmal hinfahren.
