—Strong Odor in hallways from cleaning rooms linger
—No garbage pickup outside of neighboring rooms. Looked unsightly.
—comforter/sheets were very thin and did not feel comfortable or like it blanketed our body
—No carpeting or area rug to warm the room or for our feet
—the luggage rack needs to be longer horizontally. Hard to use your luggage on the edge. It doesn’t feel supported enough

There was no Do Not Disturb sign to hang on the door, so on day one, someone tried to come in while we were still there.
After we left for the day, she must have come back because we found our door was left open. We noticed that you needed to REALLY push it shut for it to latch. Extremely concerning!!!
Disappointed that there was no ice machine on premise. After a stressful drive to get there, we didn't want to wait for water to freeze to have some beverages.

Close to syosset, comfy Queen bed, spacious room, refrigerator in room, nice and quiet stay
I prefer a walk in shower to a tub shower. Easier to get in and out as we get older. No shampoo and conditioner provided although we could have asked at the desk. I also prefer a 12:00 check out.

I loved the accommodation. Everything was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The attention was excellent and we felt very comfortable during our stay. It was a very nice experience to enjoy with my wife.

The hotel is in a good location that is well lit and close to things
I didn’t like that the cleaning staff didn’t clean the room every few days. I understand not changing the bed sheets, but it would have been nice for the towels to be changed out after 4-5 days and for the floors in the room to have been swept/vacuumed

I arrived at 3 and was told my room wasn’t ready until 330, after traveling for 4 hours and being stuck in traffic that was a let down, having to wait another half hour to get inside
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well.
The efficiency room was empty. No dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots or pans in the cabinets. No extra pillow or blanket in the closet/shelves. No coffee maker in the room. There was no breakfast at all. Only coffee. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived at 4:30pm for 5 minuets and no one at the front desk at 6:45am when we left for over 5 minuets, we left not speaking to anyone.
