Pros:

The location of the hotel was great because it was close to job site. The price was reasonable because I need to stay a few days until my place became available. The studio feel was good as well.

Cons:

The didn’t have a pleasant smell in the room, roaches was seen in the room, and the morning staff moved so slowly, as if they didn’t want to help me extend my stay.

My room was HORRIBLE! No MICROWAVE, no pots or pans, I never saw any housekeeping services! Refrigerator hummed and rattled all night. No security officer visible and my room had a horrible smell to it! Very POOR SERVICE! Customer satisfaction IS NOT at the top of their list!!! Will never stay or recommend this site to anyone!!!

This hotel was great for my overnight stay when I came to town to see the football game.

Great location and clean with good bed.

Cons:

Absolutely no “amenities” in the bedroom. Had to go to front desk late at night to get a blow dryer after showering (none available), no utensils, not even a glass. Again had to go to front desk for that.

Also woman at check in quite curt. The two male desk staff in the mornings were wonderful.

Also, having to wait up to a week for the return of my security deposit - not happy. Another thing I have to track.

I stayed there.
Pros:

It had doors.

Cons:

Our first room was a dump. Paid full price for a room yet renovated. The cockroaches didn’t seem to mind. Second room was a little better. Was told there were no chairs for my disabled friend. Housekeeping was kind enough to give us one we spotted in a room being cleaned.
