Bait and switch. Additional parking fees not disclosed on the reservation. And no tv. Excuse was they are remodeling but no tv in a hotel room. Lmao.

Booked the reservation through booking, got there and was told I didn’t have a reservation even though booking took the money out, got very aggravated and left to find somewhere else to stay. Called to cancel the reservation and the hotel actually found the reservation after I called but wouldn’t refund my money, told me to contact booking for my refund since they took my money out. Contacted booking and they told me they would have to contact the hotel. My problem was still NEVER resolved and my money was never refunded.

Hallways reek of smoke. … They have a large parking lot, but charge $10 for the privilege of using it.

Great hotel for families and friends of patients in the children's hospital, it's walking distance. Very affordable and nice for the price.

The staff was really rude and canceled my stay bc I was aware of thier hidden charges once I got to the front desk. If though I said I would pay, I thought other costumers should know a head of time. It was more a live in hotel, than an actual come and stay and leave hotel.

There isn't anything that really went well.
When we arrived, we had to yell to the person at the counter that we wanted to check in for her to buzz us in. We were not told when placing the reservations that there was a parking fee.
Our room was not clean, we found empty single serve liquor bottles on the floor. The floor was dirty, our socks were even dirty.
I tried to call for a wake up call 10 times, never got an answer. Went downstairs to request a wakeup call, the girl said she would put it in, we didn't get a wake up call. We were in the city for a medical procedure so it was important that we were up at the requested time.
When we went to check out, I took one of the liquor bottles down with me and left it at the front counter.
The location is centrally located with easy access to interstate and downtown. When I walk in Miss Tosha and her team greet me by name and welcome me with smiles. The room, while basic meets my needs for my cooking meals, stove top, full size fridge and freezer It is always better than staying at higher priced hotels who try to make you feel lucky to be staying there. Miss Tosha and her team make me feel like family.
