Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles Torrance Harborgate

We stayed here because of location, not any other purpose. It was in a semi industrial area with limited options of food, if you're walking. Overall it fit the bill for what we needed, but our room could've used some maintenance clean up. There was cracks along the bathroom counter top and missed painted areas.

Very minimalist.

The hotel was booked,they told me to call Expedia to canceled my reservation and get refund or be placed someplace else. And they provided me with the phone # ,i have the pic,total disappointed on valentine's weekend. They had ruining my special night. Total disappointment on service

Ant infestation! Ants coated the entire tub and sink and all the towels. Kitchen sink had food debris. Office chair was stained and dirty. Sheets were stained and dirty. I went to Walmart and bought towels and stripped the bed and used my own blankets. I had just driven for 16 hours and the city was sold out. But after a shower and a nap, we left. Disgusting and not worth the $300 value at all.

The room was really nice and the shower had hot water. It was the best stay.

Overall, our stay would’ve have been great if not for the ant infestation in the bathroom, the terrible water pressure of the shower head, and poor drainage in the bathtub. I was desperate for a shower due to being evacuated from my home caused by wildfires, so I just sucked it up. I showered with standing water up to my calves that had floating dead and living ants.

Otherwise, this place had good amenities and a sizable TV. The bed was comfortable as well. You can request specific kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc. from the front desk. You also have to ask the front desk for shampoo and a hair dryer. Their free breakfast is coffee, nutrigrain bars, and small packaged muffins.

It clearly stated that it was a non smoking facility and there was somebody smoking weed in the room next to mine. Also, my tv did not work properly.

Rooms are small but overall good hotel

The property needs reall bad updating. Refrigerator paint was chipping off displaying rust. Not a good look. Didn't want to use it due to the look of it. Double bed room was extremely small. One child had to sleep on floor. Very disappointed. If you thought I was done. Wait for the kicker....NO ICE MACHINES ON PROPERTY. I was told there were 2 ice trays in freezer. Uugggh. I was disturbed about that. Hotel gives me Motel living. Ok Good point's now. Close to eating shopping. Walmart next door, 99 ranch market next door great location for eating. Staff was nice. On the go breakfast was "on the go" limited selections.

Property is quiet and clean in what looks like a safe area nestled off the main street. My room (1 queen bed) was a nice size, clean, and spacious with a kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cupboards) and two desks. While the hotel overall is clean and easy to get around, it does have a lot of wear and tear, including my room.

The person who checked me in was kind, patient, and professional. Would recommend to others and would return if you’re ok with worn down looking rooms.

Great location for us, near friends. Also we could walk to Walmart. Easy to get on freeways. Room was clean, had what we needed. The one negative - the hotel advertised breakfast, which was coffee, a small blueberry muffin, and an energy bar - so not a breakfast.

Carpets worn out and dirty. Kitchen was useless, there wasn't any utensils, dishware, ice trays etc. Topper was no breakfast showed up the morning I was there. There was other guests waiting on breakfast also. Staff was subpar. Don't waste your money staying here.

In an industrial area, but nearby shopping and eating options good,...derelicts walking around late at night,...did not feel totally safe,...staff, okay,...room clean, but not as comfortable as I'd like,...kitchen, but not pots/pans/utensils,...weak shower
