Bello ma non balla!
Pros:

La colazione era piuttosto buona, il letto era comodo.

Cons:

Durante la notte mi sono svegliata varie volte per rumori di frigo e altro e soprattutto a causa della luce che entrava dalla tenda che non era abbastanza coprente. Tapparelle inesistenti. Il bagno solo con vasca. Prezzo alto per qualità.

Pros:

The room was well equipped and very clean. All the attractions of Rome were easily accessible on metro. Perfect accommodation for a long weekend. I really liked the design and the nice breakfast.

Pros:

1) największa zaleta to lokalizacja, raczej spokojna okolica - przy wejsciu przystanek autobusowy, dość blisko stacja metra B - Marconi, 2) wygodne łóżko, 3) balkon, 4) dużo luster dających efekt większego pokoju, 5) ekspres do kawy, 6) możliwość przechowania bagażu przed i po zameldowaniu, 7) dobre śniadania jak na włoski standard. 8) bidet w łazience 9) Miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji, dziękuję

Cons:

1) lodówka (że jest to zaleta) ale do pełna wypełniona hotelowymi napojami, że trudno w niej schłodzić swój napój. 2) kartonowe kubki do kawy w pokoju, przecież w czymś takim kawa w ogóle nie smakuje! 3) słabo wygłuszone pokoje, słychać rozmowy na korytarzu i w pokoju obok 4) płatny dostęp do tarasu widokowego z jacuzzi to chyba przesada 5) ani jednej szuflady w pokoju!

Ganz gutes Hotel - wenngleich etwas teuer für die Standards
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Reinigungspersonal hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet, das gesamte Hotel war sauber. Eine Mitarbeiterin konnte sogar deutsch und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wenn wir etwas zusätzlich gebraucht haben (z.B. Zahnbürste, Ohropax, Ausdrucke) wurde es uns ohne extra Gebühr ausgehändigt. Das Frühstück war gut, die Lebensmittel frisch und die Cappuccini sehr lecker. Kleiner Tipp: piccolo cornetto con crema - soooo lecker! Die Hotelbar war ansprechend (wenngleich etwas teuer, aber nicht übermäßig im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sterne Hotels) und die Barkeeperin mit den kurzen Haaren war total lieb und hat uns einen angenehmen und schönen Abend bereitet. So eine herzliche Seele! ❤️ Das gesamte Hotel hat sehr angenehm gerochen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (1-3 Nächte, v.a. für Dienstreisen) zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider war das gesamte Zimmer klein und beengend. Die schwarzen Fließen in den Badezimmern sollen zwar modern aussehen, haben aber einen zusätzlich beengenden Effekt. Außerdem hatten wir das Zimmer direkt im Erdgeschoss. Das hatte zur Folge, dass wir leider die Straße vor Augen hatten und das zur zusätzlichen Lärmbelästigung, die in dem Hotel leider vorhanden war, nicht geholfen hatte, da wir jede Müllabfuhr gehört haben. Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig. Der bei Booking ausgewiesene Balkon war nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war dunkel. Die Abzugshaube im Badezimmer hat nicht (richtig) funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage zwar auch nicht, das wurde aber am ersten Abend behoben. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel, vor allem im Essbereich, viel zu kalt eingestellt.
Das Hotel ist von der Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Rom außerdem ohne Auto nicht ideal. Wir haben täglich ca. 2 Stunden im Bus (Hin- und Rückfahrt) verbracht. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber das sollte man sich bewusst sein, wenn man die gut funktionierenden öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Rom benutzen möchte! :)

Bell'albergo in zona problematica
Pros:

Hotel pulito e ben tenuto, colazione più che buona, stanza confortevole.

Cons:

La zona di Roma in cui si trova l'hotel è veramente infelice; la stazione della metropolitana Marconi, vicinissima all'hotel è fatiscente e pericolosa, specie se si intende prendere la scala che conduce a via Ostiense. Assolutamente sconsigliato trovarsi in zona da soli di notte.

Good value for money for a business trip.
Pros:

hotel was clean with mostly new facilities. Great breakfast and nice staff. Metro station close by.

Cons:

Room was small. The neighborhood is not exciting and the hotel stands on a busy highway so I could not open the window.

Average, not a 4 star hotel experience at all.
Pros:

The location is good, just a few meters from merconi metro station.

Cons:

The walls are too thin, you can hear everything from the rooms next to yours, literally everything! Breakfast is very basic, the coffee really disappointed me, I didn’t expect to drink instant Jacob’s in Italy. If you want to go on the roof top you must reserve the jacuzzi, otherwise you are not allowed even to have a look at the city view. The neighborhood is nice in general but after 10 pm there are prostitutes just across the street from the hotel.
