Pros:

They care about their clients' peace and quiet. They also help them with all their questions.

Cons:

Only had trouble with very little fridge in the room, you have to buy water for yourself and to cool it down.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkomm
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit! 😊 Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen. Die Lage war auch top! Man konnte ganz easy zwischen Pool und Meer wechseln und beides genießen. 🌊☀️

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein, sodass wir kaum Platz für unseren großen Koffer hatten. Auch beim Frühstück wurde leider nicht alles bis zum Ende aufgefüllt.

Great location, spacious room, and fast Wi-Fi, but the property clearly needs renovation
Pros:

Prime location: Just 30 meters from the beach.
Room size and layout: Very spacious setup for three people with two separate bathrooms; the secondary sleeping area feels almost like an independent room (only missing a door).
Fast internet: Stable ~300 Mbps connection with high upload speeds, suitable for remote work.
Bedding: Proper thin duvets provided instead of just flat sheets, which is a rare and welcome standard in Southern Europe.
Staff and cleanliness: Friendly, helpful staff and thorough daily housekeeping.
Amenities: Clean outdoor swimming pool on-site (we didn't use it, but it was available).

Cons:

Maintenance and mold: The property visibly requires refurbishment. We had peeling paint and mold along the wall baseboard in our room (visible in the photo), which left a noticeable musty smell whenever we returned. We managed without allergies for a few days, but this is an issue management needs to address.
Exterior vs. photos: The building’s facade color is noticeably more faded in reality than in the promotional listing pictures.
Parking: No dedicated on-site parking. Street parking is not as "plenty" as the reception claimed; we had to search each time, though we always managed to find a spot within a 10-minute walk.
Breakfast value: At €14 per person, the breakfast is overpriced given the wide selection of bakeries and cafes nearby offering better options for significantly less.

Very enjoyable and friendly place close to the beach and about a fifty minute walk into the city centre.
Pros:

Great location near the beach with a pool. Bar and poolside area was perfect for us to enjoy our short holiday.

Cons:

Room was a bit on the small side and we weren’t fortunate enough to have a sea view, but all good other than that.

Posizione ottima per il fronte spiaggia e per spostarsi per visitare l’isola

Cons:

Nonostante abbiamo prenotato con ben 6 mesi di anticipo e abbiamo specificato di avere una bambina di 2 anni, ci hanno dato una stanza piccolissima, la culla non cu consentiva di aprire l’armadio, il bagno minuscolo, non ci si poteva girare. Le foto della camera standard non rappresentano la realtà. La hall accogliente ma il resto avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione
