alguns funcionários simpáticos
o hotel esta em péssimas condições, sujou, ar condicionado com os filtros todos sujos,

Le personnel de l hôtel était a l écoute.
La chambre q ont nous attribuer était sale, et l hôtel en général n est pas digne d' un hôtel a 3 étoiles .

Moisissure au dessus du lavabo, moisissure autour de la baignoire et carrelage, baignoire constamment bouché,le ménage laisse a désirer,le lit de mon fils 14 ans pas adéquate pour son âge.franchement nous sommes dégoûté de la prestation Vu le prix.
Pour moi il y a un décalage entre le personnel et l hôtel.Car le personnel sont gentils ils font leurs travail comme ils peuvent.
La piscine et l'emplacement.
La moisissure sur les joints de la salle de bain. Pas d'équipement de jardin sur la terrasse. Climatiseur pas nettoyé avec de la moisissure à l'intérieur. Manque de rangement dans la salle de bain. Matelas fin dans certaines chambre ou de hauteur différentes. Coussin pas confortable et détérioré.

Solicitamos cambio de habitación por encontrar pelos en el baño. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones, pasaba cerca de las cinco de la tarde, interrumpiendo el descanso de después de comer. Comunicada esa deficiencia en recepción, nos dicen que es por falta de personal y hotel completo. Creo que por parte del hotel debería de haber reaccionado con algun tipo de compensación. Nada. Se ofrece parking gratuito y no lo es. Mobiliario sobado y obsoleto. Cortinas de baño manchadas de humedad, el pestillo del baño se caía a cachos.
