Las instalaciones, el cuarto tenia algunas fallas, la persiana no abria, la plancha se apagaba, el telefono no se conectaba con recepcion, las tuberias hacen ruidos fuertes. El pasillo olia muy mal

Cons:

The room was so dated and even though they said they are remodeling the hotel, it wasn't very clean. Specially around the toilet area. The towels are falling apart and the curtain in the shower is so short that it didn't stay inside the shower area, causing water to go everywhere.

Estancia decepcionante en el aeropuerto de Monterrey
Pros:

Este hotel te saca de un apuro si llegas en avión tarde o si tienes que tomar un avión temprano desde Monterrey. Es de los más baratos que encontré. Algo muy bueno es que hay transporte gratuito desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel y desde el hotel al aeropuerto todos los días a todas horas, esto es lo que me hizo alojarme aquí.

Cons:

El hotel me pareció un poco caótico, sobresaturado de gente, muchas familias, grupos, etc. Algo que no me gustó en absoluto es que, aunque había reservado con tarjeta de crédito mi estancia, dos o tres horas antes de llegar me enviaron un! mensaje diciendo que tenía que confirmar la reserva con tarjeta (¡siendo que ya la había dado!), y que si no lo hacía, me la cancelaban. Pero fue un email que no leí, ¡porque justamente estaba volando! Y efectivamente, al llegar al hotel, ¡me habían cancelado la reservación que había hecho en Booking! Al menos, eso me dijeron. Afortunadamente, me pudieron encontrar una habitación. Pero es muy raro, porque si me la habían cancelado, ¿por qué según Booking no se canceló y puedo escribir este comentario? Está muy raro. La verdad, esta y otras cosas que sucedieron en el hotel me hicieron desconfiar. Si vuelvo a necesitar un hotel en el aeropuerto de Monterrey, no reservaré en Wyndham Garden Monterrey Aeropuerto, buscaré otras opciones.
