La habitación olía un poco a humedad, no había suficiente papel de baño y tampoco jabón de cuerpo, en la cafetera solamente dejaron 1 vaso 1 botella de agua cuando se rento para 4 personas, no nos dieron bien la información del desayuno dijeron unos que hasta las 12 y luego resultó que era hasta las 10 y nadie desayuno el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba. Ojalá tomen en cuenta los comentarios

Fuimos maltratados por la señora Alba de front desk, abrí una queja formal . Tuvimos que llamar a la policía y Ella mintió diciendo que mi hijo estaba ocasionando disturbios y casi lo llevan detenido a una estación policial.
