This hotel is tucked away in Palermo. Our experience with the front desk associates was outstanding. They all were super helpful, friendly and professional. The crew running the breakfast were also friendly and professional. The buffet had everything you would need and omelette to order was excellent . The lobby and public spaces are comfortable and inviting.
The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and best of all everything was clean!

As a world traveler, I highly recommend the Mine Hotel. It is a small, quiet, boutique hotel that has all required amenities for travellers. The rooms and en suites are spotless and modern with windows and natural light. Our room faced the garden area which featured a view of green, lush foliage and a small, tasteful plunge pool. There is a community seating area in the lobby with books and water. There is space outdoors by the pool with towels, lounge chairs, and water. There is also a dining area which has complimentary breakfast, and then restaurant and bar service. The location cannot be better! In the heart of delightful Palermo Soho, one can walk along cobblestone streets to shops, restaurants, activities, the Saturday outdoor market, and even a Hop On, Hop Off bus stop. The staff are fluent in English, courteous and professional. We were guided daily with expert suggestions and answers to our proposed self-made itinerary questions. One staff member even helped us check-in to our Aerolineas flight and printed our boarding passes as it was impossible to do on our mobile phone. Suitable for all ages, when in BA, this is a wonderful place to stay.

What a fabulous small hotel .wonderful staff,really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff will make you a flat white. Always a good start to my day .
Our room was really comfortable with a huge jacuzzi bath and a great shower.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was a real surprise, boutique but with everything we needed.

The entrance is very easy to miss but once inside it’s clean and modern with lots of nice touches.

Great seating areas inside and out with a nice pool. We loved the breakfast especially the made to order menu and proper coffee.

The room was very comfortable. The bed was a standard size and the room not huge but perfectly nice. Great power shower which was welcome after a sticky day in the city,

The location in the Palermo Soho was absolutely perfect. Plenty of bars and restaurants but not too far from other areas/ airport.

Finally, the standout about this hotel was the service. A lovely young team of staff were very attentive, going out of their way to help us at every opportunity. My husband had a sprained ankle and they were constantly bringing him ice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Loved our stay here. We can’t speak highly enough of the staff at the Mine. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. It’s what makes this hotel.
The breakfast was really good with a wide selection of cold meat, cheeses, fruit, cereals and pastries. Also a small selection of hot freshly cooked eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc.
The pool area although nice to look at doesn’t really work as it has a lot of debris in it and the green foliage is a playground for insects.
The rooms are basic but have everything you need including electric socket adapter.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location, staff, and ambiance of the hotel are excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants (we recommend the nearby La Hormiga (The Ant). The staff was friendly, helpful, and paid close attention to details. They provided umbrellas for guest use by the door, had fresh flowers in multiple areas, provided helpful dinner recommendations, reserved a cab for us to the airport, and stored our luggage during our last day at no charge. We especially liked the English “newspaper” that they left at our room door in the morning. Just like staying in Europe in the old days!

All was perfect from the breakfast to the room and also the team of the front desk !
They allowed a visit of BA with efficacity in a short time.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Mine. It is sleek and modern but comfortable at the same time. The breakfast is tasty, varied and generous.
The Mine is easy walking distance to anywhere in the very safe Palermo Soho district. There are dozens of restaurants and bars and cafes and shops within a few blocks.

The location was great. We were in easy walking distance of many great places to eat and shop. The hotel staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions. The room were clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Buenos Aires.
