Pros:

The staff were always courteous and helpful and accommodate any wishes.
The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The rooms and hotel needs updating, the photos look better than the interior is.I was in a single (box) room, the wallpaper on the ceiling was coming off, the bathroom needed attention, im a small lady but I think a large man would struggle to get in and out of the shower!

Good location for Wimbledon theatre and restaurants.
Pros:

Booking a superior double room that had a kings size bed and a sofa bed worked well for us, although on arrival the sofa bed wasn't made up, despite me requesting this in my booking notes. However, the staff were quick to rectify this. Good to have free parking, but the spaces were limited and I was glad we arrived early in the day.

Cons:

The en-suite shower didn't work, so I took a bath instead. The dial on the shower seemed locked/seized up so I couldn't turn it for water to come out of the shower head.

Cons:

Rien, tout était super !

Basic amenities and a short bus ride into Wimbledon.
Pros:

The room was clean, roomy enough, and it was close to the bus stop.

Cons:

The pillows were awful, we purchased our own. The lift was so small we had to go up one at a time with our suitcases. When we got out of the lift, we still had to go up steps lugging our cases. We’re in our sixties with large heavy cases and we’re not made aware we’d have to carry them up stairs. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and was noisy. The bus stop is right outside, but the location isn’t great for walking access to the village. It’s a bus ride and then trains into London.
