Good budget choice in KL
Pros:

The room was great, and there were plenty of shops and a night market in the area. Nice to have a swimming pool although it lacked loungers.

Ontbijt helemaal gericht op aziaten en eten was koud. Ligging: ver bij alles vandaan. In avond bijna niet mogelijk om ergens te eten. Niet mogelijk om een terrasje te pakken.

Apart-hotel or Hotel? Confusing Cleaning Issues
Pros:

Fantastic, unique aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Cool location.

Cons:

The hotel has a housekeeping and cleaning issue that's not resolved.

This is not a cheap hotel at all. If housekeeping staff can't fulfil their role, the value-for-money is completely undermined and an apart-hotel is by far a stronger option.

Housekeeping staff seem demoralised. One even ignored the red 'Do Not Disturb' light, entered my room and tried to talk to me while I was asleep in bed. Standards have completely slipped. I've never seen anything like this across the world.

Rooms are not cleaned properly up to any normal standard for a 3/4-star hotel.

Housekeeping service is erratic and can be as late as 18:00.

On fresh bed linen, I can sometimes find fresh dried blood stains. (This has happened at least three times.)

The hallways, too, have marks and stains. For a very aesthetic and sleek hotel, it seems there's no sense of pride! This issue was not present to this extent under previous management.
