Pros:

The rooms are clean, and generously offers everything you need.

Cons:

Very bad staff. I was accommodated in the hotel for 2 nights, then I wanted to stay one more and made another booking. I asked the staff to stay in the same room and that would mean not changing. They said with an additional payment, the next day I come to pay for the room, they tell me I have to leave it and that no additional payment can be made. However, I have to check out by 12:00, so I have to wait until 15:00, which pretty much ruined all my plans. To add, the staff was very rude …Another thing is the breakfast - if you can take the option without breakfast - definitely not in that hotel :(

No está mal
Pros:

Personal amable y habitaciones modernas y cómodas. Cercano a restaurantes muy buenos y económicos. Eso sí, vistas espectaculares desde la habitación de las torres petronas.

Cons:

No tienen casi opciones de desayuno occidental. Nos dan la habitación sin jabón de manos ni gel de baño, y la habitación no estaba muy limpia.
Un poco apartado del centro y, con el tráfico que hay, cuesta llegar.

Room ok but not the quality of service and staff too junior
Pros:

The beds are confortable

Cons:

- the reception will take a deposit from the clients and give them a mini paper as a receipt and keep a copy, if that paper is lost you don’t get your deposit back, that’s a very ridiculous process
- upon arrival no one explain how the hotel operate
- the swimming pool is dirty and some tiles are missing , be careful
- no aircon in the gym area
- there is a bar/restaurant at the rooftop (which are promoted in the pictures) BUT when we went just to take a picture of the petronas the barman said that the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel, we need to « buy a bottle or something » to take a picture of the view… Don’t promote that area as if we can access if it’s not the case…

Heel gehorig maar prima
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, onbeperkt drinkwater en heel goede wifi

Cons:

De kamers zijn enorm gehorig. Je hoort letterlijk alles, zelfs een gesprek op normaal volume. Er is een duur die verbonden is met een andere kamer die dus helemaal niet isoleert. We hebben dus vaak wakker gelegen. Je kamer wordt elke dag opgemaakt maar niet schoongemaakt waardoor je dus een hele week uit hetzelfde glas moet drinken.
De wc's en douche aan het zwembad waren vies. Bedden zijn hard. Airco maakt raar geluid

Odada konfor adına birşey yoktu... Su bile konmamıştı... Tuvalet kağıdı yedeği yoktu, zorda kaldık.. Prizler Avrupa sistemine uygun değildi...
