Comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect, nice and friendly staff, good location, clean and modern rooms

Pros:

Location was superb. The shower great. The room is well organized.

Cons:

The bed is too soft and the matress saggy, like sleeping in a hammock. We taljed to reception, they said they will check, nothing changed.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

We have stayed in the hotel several times and been happy with almost everything, this time was different. I had asked for a quiet room with SHOWER and guess what, we had only bath. Being 80 years and over it is not convenient to use the bath to get a shower. We had already unpacked everything when we noticed this but we were in a hurry to meet our friends and could not ask for another room. Furthermore the personnel at reception is not very friendly, to be honest, they are rude; nobody greets when you come to the hotel or ask if everything was fine when you leave. We have travelled a lot and are platinum members in an international hotel organiztion and never experienced this kind of behaviour. The breakfast is Ok but the noice level is quite awfull. It is a pity and we probably won´t be coming back.

Paras hotelli Tallinnassa!
Pros:

Todella hyvä palvelu! Henkilökunta on aina ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Ylimmän kerroksen uima- allas alue on pieni, mutta erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti ja yleinen viihtyisyys ovat tehneet minusta kanta- asiakkaan.

Cons:

Huoneet on aika perustasoa, mutta siellä on kaikki tarpeellinen kuten jääkaappi, hyvät sängyt ja uudet siistit kylpyhuoneet.

Best stay in Tallinn
Pros:

What a lovely stay again at Nordic Hotel Forum.
Location is great.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
Sauna, pool & gym are good.
Rooms are perfect for vacation.

Restaurant Noho was excellent and Andris gave us excellent customer experience .

Pros:

Πολυ καθαρο , μεγαλο δωματιο , φοβερο πρωινο και στην εισοδο της παλιας πολης και ιδιωτικο υπογριο γκαραζ ( εξτρα χρεωση )

Fint, allergivänligt hotell
Pros:

Vi uppskattade särskilt att det var helt fritt från pälsdjur, då vi är allergiska. Rummet var även allergivänligt, då det inte fanns heltäckningsmatta.

Cons:

Gatubullret. Även på våning 7 hördes ljudet av spårvagnen.

It was a great stay overall.
Pros:

The location was perfect, breakfast was good as well and the room was comfortable.
Gym and pool was so accessible. The sauna and steam bath was a plus factor🫶🏻

Cons:

We asked for room service but it wasn’t cleaned properly. The floor wasn’t vacuumed properly. Towels were not change the first time butbon the 2nd time it was replaced already.
I think the room service needs to be improve.
