A nice overnight stay
Pros:

This is one of those perfect sensibly priced overnight hotels. Relatively newly built with clean room and common areas.
We had a nice quiet room on the 9th floor. The room set up is stange with little space to walk around the beds, but functional. If the room was just 1 Metre larger it would be so much better.
We had a nice check in, as we arrived early we could securely leave our luggage.
There are a huge variety of Kobe Beef restuarants within a 10 minute walk.
Nice simple breakfast. Sannomiya station is just 5 minutes walk and Shin Kobe (Shinkansen) Station is a 5 minute cab ride away.
Recommended.
