Pros:

駅が近くて便利。近隣に食事ができるところやコンビニがあってよい。
ウェルカムドリンクの時にあるドーナツがおいしかった。

Cons:

シャワーが写真と違っていてRefaではなっかた。
ベットの足元に冷蔵庫があり、狭くて冷蔵庫の扉が半分しか開きませんでした。
朝食も品数が少なく、みそ汁はインスタント。手作りのものはほぼなくがっかり。
ドリンクバーの奥に段差があり薄暗く足元のマットもずれていてなんの標識もないため足を踏み外して転倒しました。
今から病院に行きますが、大きなけが人が出る前に何か対策をこうじていただきたいと思います。

ベッドが大きくて伸び伸び眠れた
お風呂がキレイだった
トイレもウォシュレットが付いていて良かった

Cons:

ウェルカムドリンクは付いていて嬉しかったけど、コーヒー以外も選択できると嬉しい
ドーナツを頂きたかったけど先に来ていた人で満員で頂けるような余地がなかった。

いい感じでした。
Pros:

部屋の設備が新しくきれいでした。受付のスタッフも、対応が良かったです。
街中に位置しており、駅から近かったです。

Cons:

朝食は、美味しかったけど、ご飯のおかずが少なかったです。パンの種類は多く、よかったです。
夜帰る時、ホテルの周りにキャッチが多く、うるさかったです。

Great location and reasonably cheap
Pros:

Got a superior twin room 912 on the hotel's highest guest floor, and the most corner room furthest away from the elevators. This room comes without a bathtub, only a shower booth, with the toilet just outside.
The room size is decent, but the layout design is a bit weird. There are 2 twin beds side by side, getting into the inner bed will be challenging for people with a thick thigh without climbing over the outside bed.
There is a 'long' walk path to the shower booth, which guest can actually sit and shower if they so wish, or of course, standing shower.
The hotel location is just along a 'happening' main road and is some 500m away from JR Sannomiya station, just beside Don Quixote. And despite the hotel reception is on 2F, there are very few steps to climb.
The lobby coffee machine provides round the clock coffee. Tea bags are also available. And, I understand, free donuts in the afternoon too, which I didn't get to try as I checked in late.
Noise wise, not so much from the street, but occasional noise from the sealed service compartment next door, where I believe there is also a hidden elevator.
The hotel only have 2 washing machines, charge by weight.
Food wise, there are plenty in the vicinity.
