Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable.
L'hôtel est trés bien placé dans le centre et près de parking pour ceux qui viennent en voiture .
Le petit déjeuner était bien fourni il y en avait pour tous les goûts.

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être plus avenant , particulièrement à l'accueil.
On aurait apprécié un petit fauteuil en plus dans la chambre et une bonne étagère dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir y poser nos produits d'hygiène.

Ottima scelta
Pros:

Bella la camera con bagno, il materasso e i cuscini davvero comodi.
Ottima posizione, letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione! Nella via in cui si trova l' hotel ci sono ottimi ristoranti e, con fattibilissime passeggiate a piedi, si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Firenze. Molto utile e gradito è stato il deposito bagagli gratuito dopo aver effettuato il chek out.

Localização excelente, perto da estação S.M. Novella e do centro de Florença (faz tudo caminhando). Café da manhã muito bom, limpeza dos quartos impecável. Ótimo custo benefício! Quando voltar hospedarei aí novamente.
