Lovely central Hotel & Spa. Would stay again!
Pros:

Very central location, 4 min walk to the train station and city centre. Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The room was very warm at night and air conditioning is only turned on at certain times of the year. We had to leave the window open and unfortunately there are mosquitoes.

I would stay again, great property and great location
Pros:

The property was very clean and in an excellent location close to all the tourist spots. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, including beds made and fresh towels which we didn’t expect. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.

Cons:

My only negative feedback is the bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking and there was no tea making facilities in the room. For the price I would have liked to have the ability to make a hot drink, or use the coffee machine that was at breakfast throughout the day.

Расположение - замечательное, близко ДО ВСЕГО: центральный вокзал, автовокзал, остановки автобуса/ трамвая, все самые популярные достопримечательности, недорогие тратории, центральный рынок - все в шаговой доступности.
Завтраки разнообразные - горячие и холодные блюда, фрукты, свежая выпечка, вкусный кофе. А в столовой на стенах - оригинальные фрески!! Красота, как в музее )))
Кровати и подушки удобные, постель чистая. Номер отремонтирован, с новой мебелью. В комнате - маленький холодильник (удобно) и телевизор с интернетом - было приятно смотреть любимые каналы.

Cons:

Крючки для полотенец в ванной - очень высоко и нет вентиляции (пришлось открывать окна, чтобы проветривать комнату и ванну).

Excelente opção, com ótima localização e instalações confortáveis.
Pros:

Ótimas instalações, com elevador e quarto espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização excelente, perto da estação de trem e do centro histórico. Também há restaurantes e comércio nas proximidades. Funcionários atenciosos e portaria 24h. Tudo em conformidade.

Cons:

Tudo estava dentro do esperado. Box do banheiro um pouco estreito, mas nada que atrapalhasse.

Me encanto el desayuno , tambien la ubicación , las habitaciones pueden mejorar.

Cons:

No habia jabon de baño , se habia caido el recipiente para poner los productos y lo dejan sin colocar dentro de la ducha .
Los colchones podían cambiarlos, por lo demás muy bien .

Personalul, mancarea(micul dejun)si amplasarea hotelului

Cons:

Marimea camerelor(cel purin 228 era foarte mica), baile nu erau dotate cu suporti pentru sapun, sampon si alte din astea, in camere nu existau decat pahare de plastic, iar prize langa pat era numai in partea stg.In dreapta nu exista priza si nici loc sa cobori din pat.Per total a fost ok

Il rapporto tra la qualità e il prezzo è imbattibile, avere la sauna e la vasca idromassaggio nella propria stanza quindi privata, rende questo hotel una chicca romantica

Loved our choice with this hotel. I’d definitely book there again. Great value for sure.
Pros:

I loved that when you book the spa, you get it to yourself for an hour and half. It’s at a great price as well. We also loved that there is a washer and dryer that you can use for only 10 euros. It cost me 15 because I need to restart the dryer. Great location, decent breakfast and fabulous staff. Great value and service overall.

My bed was tiny but it was amazingly comfortable.
