the location was great. It’s near old Phuket Town and very quiet
Large hotel with lovely pool and plenty of sunbeds. Fitness centre very good, lots of equipment and AC. Large room, clean.
Wifi is not the best, shower is very low.

The staff were awesome my driver to yake me to get on a ferry had not shown up and they helped me get on a boat on time forever greatful.

Close to town, good facilities in the hotel, pool needs cleaning, room service was fine, corridors are very loud from quests, bathrooms need renovation, staff are friendly, breakfast was fair but most of the food was spicy. Air condition in the hotel was perfect everwhere, internet connection was good. Glass water bottler in the rooms were delicious, Our room A/C was broken , just one call to reception , technicians came and fixed in 2 minutes. Laundry service was expensive.
