Tolles zentral gelegenes Stadthotel
Pros:

Schöne alte Stadtvilla mit einem sehr sehenswerten und gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum. Tolle Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Markt, Shopping, Meer. Im Zimmer äußerst leistungsfähige AC, was es bei heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm macht. Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück. Parken in umliegenden Parkhäuser mit etwas Fußweg kein Problem

Cons:

Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war recht klein und während unseres Aufenthaltes (06.2026) durch eine Baustelle im Nachbarhaus geräuschseitig tagsüber etwas gehandidcapt.

Pros:

Emplacement ok, personnel très sympathique. Salon charmant.

Cons:

Chambre en demi sous sol, un peu humide du coup. Lit bébé proposé à 15 euros (rarement vu), pas d’eau proposée dans les chambres donc prévoir sa propre eau sinon c’est plus de 3 euros la petite bouteille de Cristalline en plastique

Great hotel, but a pity that our room was in the basement.

Cons:

We had no idea that we were to be installed in a basement room. And even a room with no window, only a door to the (basement!) terasse. We do not think that was mentioned on the webpage. And we did not expect it considering the price we payed.

Un séjour top dans un cadre « cottage et art deco  »
Pros:

L emplacement est parfait. L hôtel est magnifique et décoré avec goût. Ambroise était d une gentillesse incroyable, très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est top, très bien fourni et de qualité. J ai beaucoup apprécié le petit apéro de bienvenue. Un accueil du personnel ( accueil et serveur du matin ) Irréprochable et personnes très souriantes. Un hôtel qui a dépassé mes attentes et qui mérite une quatrième étoile.

Cons:

Pas grand à reprocher. Mais s il fallait trouver un petit point négatif , je dirai que le mitigeur de la douche aurait bien mérité une réparation car il était instable.

What a lovely restful stay in Biarritz,we will be back!!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect ,near the beach and very near some nice bistros and restaurants and bars.
Every single member of staff we had interactions with were lovely and helpful .
Room very nice and clean,bed comfortable and shower nice and powerful,also the air conditioning works very well and we really needed it as it was warm for our 4 days.

Cons:

There was really nothing that we could say would cause us to take a point away from this hotel.
