Charming hotel with updated and well decorated rooms
Pros:

Charming hotel with great decoration and very good cleanliness, with very comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast too. I would choose this hotel again, specially over the bigger brand hotels in the area.

A very relaxing small hotel,
Pros:

Lovely building with great sitting out areas. Comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Nice touch was a drinks and nibbles party on Saturday when we met some of the other guests. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt - aber es gibt Verbesserungspotential im Service

Die Lage des Hotels ist außerordentlich gut - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren mit Fahrrädern angereist. Leider wurde der Fahrradplatz über Nacht nicht verschlossen, was uns im Falle eines Diebstahls Probleme mit der Versicherung gebracht hätte.
Unsere Abreise erfolgte morgen um 6:00 h. Wir hatten deswegen die Rezeption gefragt, ob sie schon so früh besetzt sei. Dies wurde ausdrücklich bejaht - aber leider war bei der Abreise niemand zugegen...

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gut gelegen.
Pros:

Wir kamen früh morgens am Hotel an, wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten gleich ein hervorragendes Frühstück geniessen. Das Hotel ist einfach zu erreichen, zentral gelegen und der Strand und die Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Müsste man Abzüge machen, wäre das beim Lavabo. Dieses ist schön designt, hat aber eine zu kleine Beckentiefe (max. 0.5 - 2 cm), was es schwierig macht das Becken beim Zähneputzen nicht zum Überlaufen zu bringen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Hotel, in das wir gerne wiederkehren!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines und extrem sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, sehr guten Betten und aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück mit unter anderem einem wunderbaren baskischen Cheescake lohnt sich wirklich! Der Surfstrand an der baskischen Küche und sehr gute Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
