Pros:

This is a lovely,charming, hotel in an ideal location very close to beaches & Biarritz centre,attractions, restaurants,shops etc nearby park aquarium etc. About 3km from Biarritz Airport. My room was at garden level with its own entrance..although it was also accessible through the main hotel entrance also.The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had nice shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer.
There was a kettle provided and teas/coffees and also a mini bar stocked with drinks and snacks and
Staff were pleasant upon check in and also upon departure, assisted with booking a taxi for departure.
I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Cons:

Por poner un único pero, el lavabo tiene una forma moderna pero es muy poco funcional, se desborda y es incómodo de usar

We really liked the hotel EDOUARD V11 and would like to visit again in the future
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and so friendly nd helpful

Cons:

I don’t like coffee machines so as a coffee addict I much prefer fresh coffee perhaps made from a cafetière.
I didn’t care for the stair carpet? I was travelling with a girl friend and would have preferred the two single beds to have been situated further apart.
