Действительно советую отель. Думаю по возвращению в Биарриц, остановлюсь все равно еще раз в этом отеле.
Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Меня очаровали наши 2 балкона, и расположенность отеля потрясающая в 10 минутах от пляжа/

Pros:

The rooms were spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful especially sourcing a fan when the air conditioning unit in our room was faulty. We had a brilliant stay and would love to return.

Chambre pigeonnier au dernier étage petit lit 160 cm , réveillés par des bruits et roucoulement de pigeons

Beautiful hotel, great location, lovely staff, great breakfast - what’s not to like!
Pros:

Wow, what a nice hotel. We were upgraded to a lovely room with two balconies! Incredibly clean and well put together room, plenty of space, very comfy bed, great bathroom, really nice wooden floors and period features mixed with the modern amenities. Great location and really friendly staff! The breakfast was sublime and good value for money. Can’t fault anything, I would definitely stay here again!

On a l'impression de s'être fait escroquer

Hôtel bien situé mais ,chambre très moyenne

La chambre est annoncée a l' entresol ( soit entre le rez de chaussée et le 1er étage) elle est en fait en sous sol ! Ce qui n'a rien a voir... Pour y accéder il faut de descendre par un escalier depuis le hall de l'hôtel .cette chambre numéro 105 ( dite familiale en entre sol )donc au sous sol est 90% enterrée sans réelles fenêtres ,des petites ouvertures en haut des murs vers le plafond style meurtrières qui lorsqu'on les ouvrent permettent de voir les chaussures des passants dans la rue et les roues des voitures....donc impossible d'aérer ,clim non réglable...
,pas ce a quoi on pourrait s'attendre dans un 3 étoiles a 170 € par nuitée !!

L'annonce d'une chambre a l'entresol est totalement mensongé et manifestement volontairement mensongé ,
Jamais je n'aurais réservé une chambre en sous sol !
C'est lamentable

Das Hotel ist hübsch renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im Souterrain. Dort fühlt man sich wie auf dem Abstellgleis, vor allem weil der Wäscheraum direkt nebenan war. Der Staubsauger stand im Flur. Das fühlte sich nicht gut an. Der Austritt war ebenfalls im Souterrain, mit wenig Licht. Ich würde diese Zimmer nicht noch einmal buchen.
