Kudoa the best staff ever
Pros:

The staff were best of the best. They were the best thing about the stay.
Laurena was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us tour recommendations and followed up with us.
Maria was super friendly and nice. Her cheerfulness is contagious and also gave us great recommendations.
Angela was very nice and professional.
Overall, we met great friends :)
Thanks for making our stay special.

Location was a bit far from the center (the port and the castle).

Cons:

Während wir ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett gebucht hatten, wurde uns ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gegeben. Die Betten waren fest montiert und konnten nicht zusammengeschoben werden.

Außerdem gab es keine Steckdose in der Nähe des Bettes.

Als die Blumen gegossen wurden, wurde dabei unser Auto nass, wodurch es schmutzig wurde.

Darüber hinaus war das Verhalten des Rezeptionspersonals sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Auch die Umgebung war leider sehr industriell und hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Átlagos, de tiszta szállás, gyárak mellett.

Cons:

Az ágyak rettentő szűkek voltak. Dupla ágyas szobát kértem, a gyerekem miatt, aki aznap szenvedett fejsérülést és nem szerettem volna ha leesik de végül csak külön ágyas szobát kaptunk,ahol nem tudtam semmit odatolni az ágy mellé, mert olyan kicsi volt a hely. Az ágyakat sem lehetett mozgatni. Pedig a hotel biztosan nem volt tele. Egy kis figyelmesség jólesett volna.
