Totally unacceptable

Cons:

I paid approximately $200 for a room that had a strong rotten egg odor throughout my stay. I immediately reported the smell to the front desk and management, but instead of being moved to another room, I was only provided with air freshener. I was also told the hotel was overbooked, so I was never given the option to relocate.

In addition, my room was not ready until 4:00 PM despite the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, and I raised concerns about the condition of the room, including the smoke detectors.

Considering the delayed check-in, the unacceptable condition of the room, and the lack of an effective resolution, I do not believe a total refund of $66.40 is fair compensation for a $200 stay that did not meet reasonable expectations.

Loved the kitchen area! And the fact the TV greeted me by name.

Cons:

The hallway had a funny smell. Like carpet had gotten wet or needed to be replaced.
