You need to send me a link so that I can send you the bill from the Drury. The Clerk was very rude to me. He had a problem with a previous check in guest and took it out on me! I asked him if he was having a stressed-out day and handing him my reservation, he said what is this. I said my reservation, then he said I was rude to him and denied my stay and asked me to leave. I went to the car to report this to Booking.com and came back into the ding area and sat down to notify you. He said if you don't leave, I am calling the Police. He called the police and I went back to my car, and 3 Police cars were there. A Lady patrolwoman said what is the problem. I explained it to her, and she and another officer went into the building to find out. She came out and apologized to me and said I have to write a police report which I had to sign, she said Mr. Mancini there are other hotels around here to get a room. And said if you come back to this hotel, you will need the police to escort you. I said believe me I am not coming back. I told the man at the Drury Hotel what happened and he said Mr. Mancini I will give you a senior citizen rate and a nice room, which he did. I have booked many times with you folks at Booking .com with no incident of a disgruntle Clerk. I asked him I want to speak to a supervisor. He stated I am the only one hear so No! I was on the road for 10 hours with thunderstorms and was very tired. I have NEVER Been treated like this Ever. I am about to seek legal counsel concerning this matter. I need the link to send you the Drury Hotel Bill. Sincerely, Michael (Mike) Mancini
Please Send me the link to forward the Drury bill.
I liked the location, the room was clean and the staff were all friendly. Breakfast was good as well.
The pool was down the whole stay. Partly was I booked the hotel was because it had an indoor pool. The hotel furniture was out dated and most of it messed up.
A good breakfast with a varied amount of food. The fitness room was also appreciated.
The rooms were simply appointed. There could have been a little more personal care items for use in the room.
It was okay for one night.
Right when entering the hotel, we noticed the very worn-out chairs at the breakfast buffet. They looked disgusting. The room had an unpleasant smell and felt quite outdated. The toilet flush didn’t work and there were hairs all over the bathroom floor.
Facilities are what you expect. Not fancy but the room looked and smelled clean and we had microwave and mini fridge in the room.
Beds were comfortable
Evening staff sitting around watching tv as you come in the door. They did get up and assist people though. Heard maid staff complaining about timeline to have rooms cleaned by on Sunday
Room was clean. Location was convenient.
In need of a new washer and dryer. Cost of $16 and the clothes came out of the washer dripping wet and had to go to a laundromat to get clothes dry.
Breakfast sausage were dry and overcooked.
Location
Smell, cleaning, out dated
They don’t let local rent out a room, not listed on the website !
Convenient location, good breakfast
Nothing
The fact that I made a reservation in advance the once I showed up I was told they canceled my reservation because I had a local address, which is false considering I have been living in the upstate since 2007. Then after sending me away saying they were fully booked called me several hours later to offer me my original room because they screwed up. Sorry to say would not recommend this place to anyone.
Would like to see meat options other than pork
We were unable to use the pool because the pool room and pool water were freezing
Everything
Nothing
