Pros:

セナド広場に歩いていける便利な場所です。室内では必要なアメニティが提供されていました。ナイトウェアが提供されていたのもありがたかったです。室内ではペットボトルの水の提供されない代わりに小型の給湯器が置いてあり、コーヒーやお茶を飲むことができました。

Cons:

2025年にカジノが閉鎖されたため、ホテル内でカジノを楽しめないのが残念でした。

Great hote beware of “hidden costs” if you have children
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, good swimming pool and nice food at the restaurant. Friendly staff, especially the concierge staff and at the restaurant, swimming pool and gym.

Cons:

We chose half-board just to find out children were not included. This should have been mentioned by Booking.com at the time of our reservation, nobody at the hotel was able to settle this matter (always going to raise it up to the managed, who did not seem to exist or care about it). Booking.com had a shameful behaviour in this regard, several support requests made, no response so far (several days have passed). Paid an extra 40€ for two children, two meals, if I knew this beforehand I would definitely not have booked half-board.

Some of the staff at reception do not speak basic English, the concierge had to help with translation.

My favorite stay whenever I’m in Macau. My perfect vacation spot. Surrounded by wonderful precessional staff
Pros:

Great facilities, wonderful staff, great location, club floor perks. Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

Building is a bit dated, closed casino facilities should be renovated to update the hotel.
