Pros:

Nice big room with bathtube, comfortable bed. Location is in 8 minutes walking to Senado square. Very good breakfast, a lot of options however for me as a person who doesn’t eat meat there were no options of salmon or seafood, no any kind of fish

Cons:

There is no any bottle of water in the room! Even in the fridge for extra payment- there is NO WATER! No shuttles to anywhere.
