⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ ☆ Good option, but some front desk staff may need hospitality training
Pros:

Excellent breakfast: The morning buffet was lively with a great variety of food choices.Wonderful pool area: Clean facilities and a very welcoming attendant on duty.Comfortable rooms: The accommodation was clean, cosy, and well-maintained.Fantastic bell/taxi staff: The team assisting with transport were incredibly courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Cold check-in experience: We arrived around 9:00 pm after a long day in the sun with a tired 8-year-old. The receptionist was cold and unhelpful. When we asked for a simple peppermint or chamomile tea to help us unwind, she dismissed the request. She told us to walk to a local supermarket to find some, offering zero directions or assistance.Unwelcoming egg station: The chef making eggs at breakfast was visibly annoyed and pulled faces when asked to prepare orders.Improvement needed: The front desk is the face of the hotel. These specific staff members need urgent training in basic hospitality and warmth.

Pros:

The bed size was very big and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I requested an extra single blanket, and the receptionist said it would cost something around 350MOP which is way too much for a 5 star hotel, considering how much the room cost already. Check in time was 3pm, I booked 2 rooms and we were not able to get the rooms on the same floor because they were not ready at 3pm, we would have needed to wait till 4pm.

Super Hotel, zu einem sehr guten Preis aber dafür etwas weiter weg
Pros:

Betten waren sehr bequem, die Größe der Zimmer, das Frühstück, der gute Geruch wenn man das Hotel betrat

Cons:

Etwas weit weg von allem (aber vor dem Hotel halten sehr viele Busse die man nehmen kann)

A warm, friendly hotel, perfectly located in the heart of old Macau.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the old town. We arrived at midday and we could get access to the room which was wonderful. Luisa and the staff were lovely - welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The wait time to check in was very long; with only 2 people at the desk, which was very frustrating.
No kettle in the room; the water dispenser/coffee machine only gave warm water (45 degrees). We needed possibly a jug and cooler water.
We had a very rattly air vent too which was rather annoying.
