Impressive Mansion Experience with Exceptional VIP Treatment
Pros:

The property is truly impressive. The mansion is enormous, with outstanding facilities including a sauna, jacuzzi, and even a karaoke room. Everything feels grand and imposing. I genuinely felt like a VIP throughout my stay. The location is central and very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are of high quality, and having dinner and afternoon tea included in the price is a significant advantage. The staff are friendly and approachable, especially Sam from the concierge department, who stood out for being particularly helpful.

Cons:

The hotel advertises a free airport transfer upon request, but when I contacted the hotel, I was informed that this service was no longer available. The listing also states that check out is available until 16:00, but this was only honoured after I had to complain, which should not be necessary. A more serious concern is the polished stone floor in the shower, extremely slippery and poses a real risk of falls. Overall, while the concept deserves a 10/10, these inconsistencies and the safety concern should not be overlooked.

Lovely hotel that is centrally located.
Pros:

The hotel feels luxurious - and is centrally located. We had a room that overlooked the main road so we could see the casinos and lights of the city! Made it feel very posh! The rooms are clean and decorated in soft beiges, and creams - plus the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again.

We all enjoy our stay at hotel. Highly recommended 👍
Pros:

Excellent check in and out service.
Very welcoming feelings once inside hotel foyer.
Cleanliness and good hospitality, buffet food are reasonable.
Close, walking distance to shops, tourist photo spots & casino etc..

Cons:

1) design of toilet space is too squashy.
2) use of hot water making machine is impractical, take too many steps just to boil water. Just a simple kettle is perfect.
