Pros:

1. 位置非常棒，對街走七分鐘就到大三巴牌坊，逛街吃飯都很方便
2. 高樓層房間的窗外風景很漂亮

Nice stay
Pros:

Beds were comfy, room was clean, staff was great and very helpful. Well located too.

Cons:

The hotel and the rooms are dated and need updating. It was surprising for a Sofitel.

Pros:

Perfect location right in front of the bus stop! The room was spotless, with fresh towels and linens. The receptionist was very helpful in fulfilling all our needs, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Pros:

Bom pequeno-almoço, hotel bem localizado na zona central de Macau, a poucos minutos a pé da Praça do Leal Senado, da Rua da Felicidade e das Ruínas de São Paulo. Tem uma paragem de autocarro muito conveniente mesmo em frente.

Cons:

O hotel está a precisar de uma manutenção urgente. O nosso quarto cheirava a mofo e a humidade era imensa, que parecia que a roupa estava molhada. Felizmente, o staff foi atencioso e prontamente nos mudaram para um quarto em boas condições. Ainda assim, é visível a necessidade de manutenção por todas as zonas por onde se circula, bem como no exterior.

It’s a Sofitel. Can’t go wrong.
