I loved this hotel, friendly staff, clean room.
Pros:

Staff was amazing and super friendly. My room was perfect! My room was spotless and quiet.

It was a clean hotel. Nice staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was average but good. The expresso machine was out of service. The whirlpool tub was really nice. The pool was on the small side. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

I wish the staff would have given me a rating card from the bar area. Instead they gave it to the person who was not paying for anything at the hotel.

Nice, clean room.

Cons:

No free coffee, no blow dryer in the room. Went to.counter and was given what ended up to be a broken dryer. I feel like the value is not there when you are being charged as much as other like hotels but at others you get a free bagel at Courtyard you pay $8 and have to.wait for it because 15 other people are ordering breakfast also. It was a weird mix of trying to be a restaurant, but not.

Cons:

Weekend our room was not clean.
Hotel services were limited due to a management/ ownership change. Staff was excellent and were very helpful. Bistro management/ chef was very helpful considering all of the changes and limitations.

By far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
Pros:

The only positive was that the front desk accommodated a late checkout, as I was in town for a funeral and unable to leave by noon.

Cons:

The HVAC unit was so noisy that I had to turn it off just to fall asleep. Unfortunately, my rest was still disrupted by the sound of the guest upstairs — their TV, shower, and later even their snoring — all of which made for a terrible night’s sleep.

A great place for a family or solo traveler to stay.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the room was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, there is ample close, free parking.

Cons:

I had prepaid through booking.com but when I arrived it was not recorded with the hotel. I had to pay a second time to check in and then spend 30-45 minutes having booking.com call the hotel to get it fixed. That said, when the manager arrived on duty she was wonderful and the mix up was remedied.
