It was a place to lay your head and I feel very overpriced
Pros:

We were tired and there was a bed

Cons:

The breakfast area was trashed. Trash overflowing in both trash cans employees walking past not doing anything to clean the area. The food area had debris all over it so it was not appetizing. I stay at SpringHill often and this was a disappointment

If you are not interested in breakfast they it’s good place to stay.
Pros:

Room was good and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was compliment but when we reached most of the things were over and when we asked for refill, staff told they are out of stock and staff responded rudely on the refill part.

Front desk representative was overwhelmed with her duties or just plain rude and inconsiderate. Something as little of having no water to purchase. I asked a stupid question, “ do you happen to know if you have some more in stock?” Her response was, “ it’s in the back and went back to work. The sad part, there was an elderly couple looking for water as well, but that didn’t seem to bother her. Much more to add but that’s it in a nutshell. Poor communication and inconsiderate
