Bed bugs- horrible management
Pros:

I had a two night stay with my daughter at this location. Woke up after the first night and had bed bugs crawling all over the pillows and headboard of my bed! There were 2 I found crawling on me. The manager on duty at the front desk did not offer to comp the nights stay. When I told her I do not think I should be paying for a nights stay that I slept in a bed with bugs she became extremely rude. She was never apologetic. Implying that I was lying about the situation even after I showed her the pictures and videos. She did not come up to the room to look-nor did she send another manager up to look. She got us a new room and offered for a housekeeper to high heat dry our stuff. The housekeeper was extremely nice and apologetic. She took videos and pictures when she came up to gather our things. I filed a complaint after my stay and still have not heard from any insurance adjuster insurance person that they claim will be contacting me. Horrible customer service and communication. Make sure if you are staying at this location you check the beds before they charge your card! Otherwise you will not be getting your money back.

I stayed for a family member having surgery in Louisville. This location was perfect and clean!

Quality and reliable place to stay
Pros:

We had a very short stay but the hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. We had enough room for 5 of us. The breakfast staff was so sweet and friendly. We had all the accommodations like extra bed linens there in the room. The kids enjoyed the pool. Location is pretty convenient to places we visited.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like bit was out of anyone’s control was how loud the traffic was at night- loud motorcycles, sirens, etc.

Pros:

Booked a queen suite for 5 people, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and when we got to the room we only had 1 bed. Went back downstairs and the front desk said they had to change and move some stuff around. Excuse me? I paid for a queen suite and I wasn't leaving without it. In the end I got it after showing my booking email and telling them I wasn't leaving without the room I booked and paid for.
