Breakfast wasn’t good at all even compared to other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Weird. Maybe an off day but I literally saw a stuff member open a cardboard box with the “fork” that’s used to pry the waffle out of the waffle maker.

Went the way you extra mile

I was a bit surprised by the hotel compared to the price I paid.. I expected a little more luxury. Price was at least 30 to 40% higher than it should have been for that quality hotel. But there was a good bed and things were clean. I was most impressed with Melanie at the front desk. I arrived at 1:30 and had to be at a meeting dressed in Business attire by 4. She told me it would be impossible to get in my room before 4:00. When I insisted in a nice way and told her the pressure I was under to be at this meeting as a special guest, she started making calls and found a way to make it work and gave me a different room I appreciated that so much and every other time I had any interaction with the front desk. They were very gracious and friendly.
