Flea Infested & Sickening.

Cons:

FLEA INFESTED ROOMS!! I found fleas on the beds, microwave, refrigerator, EVERYWHERE! They dug into my skin, including my private parts, and it was very painful. Having a mild to moderate allergy to fleas my body started reacting with difficulty breathing, headache, and watery eyes. The pests contaminated personal items (clothes, makeup, and so forth), and I had to dispose of many clothes and personal items. My trip was ruined. The hotel staff offered a 2nd room that was just as bad. Eight days after checking out, I still had fleas on my person, my clothes, and my home. I moved to 4 Points Sheraton Alexandria which is the only hotel I will book in the future. In summary, this entire ordeal has been the most devastating, harrowing, and sickening experience as compared to all my stays-Domestic and International.
Interestingly, the management company received my complaint 11 days ago, and no one has contacted me.

Moldy smell
Pros:

There was a musty moldy smell in room 122, I was moved to 322 where it was worse. As soon as you step off the elevator, it stinks. The room had mold on the ceiling, blood drops on the floor and someone else’s food in the refrigerator! Gross stay, go somewhere else.

I will never stay there again!! My stay was terrible. She did switch us to another room that she thought would be better

Friendly Staff, Great Location, Very Clean, Will stay again.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good. They offered a lot of Options and the Coffee was Good and Hot.

Cons:

I wasn’t Happy that our room wasn’t cleaned. After speaking to the Front Desk. Towels were immediately brought to our room and the trash was removed as well.
