Reserve para dos adultos dos menores, cuando llegue me indicaron que debía pagar $270 por una persona por que solo era para 3. Pedi al supervisor y lo negaron, le dije te lo pago pero voy a denunciar a Profeco y en Booking, y finalmente no me cobraron ese extra. Me argumentaron que es problema del portal de booking que el hotel no se hacia responsable por lo que ofrecen en booking.
En la publicidad de booking indica que hay estacionamiento incluido, pero cobran $85 por día, lo tuve que pagar.
Incluye desayuno básico, es como continental en formato bufet (chilaquiles, huevo, frijoles, pan de barra, fruta, café, leche, jugos, te).
Es una habitación y baño muy muy pequeña.
Las camas son individuales, y dormir ahí dos personas es incomodo.
No regresare a esta cadena de hoteles.

Very good location and good laundry service. Cleaning lady was extremely nice as well.

Cons:

Breakfast is really really bad, need to improve their breakfast service by a lot, there was never food and not even clean forks every single day. I stayed almost one month and only got one water bottle for welcome. Hotel amenities are not so good either.

Pros:

Del desayuno me gusta sobre todo el horario disponible y la variedad de fruta y almuerzo que ofrecen

Cons:

1.- Respecto al desayuno, considero que pudieran incorporar jugo verde, las dos opciones de jugo de manzana y jugo de naranja son muy dulces y poco saludables.
2.- Respecto al shampoo y jabón, las nuevas marcas de shampo y de jabón tiene un aroma muy desagradable, se perciben aromas plásticos muy genéricos, las marcas anteriores que tenían (color verde) dejaban un aroma herbal y la piel muy suave, me he estado hospedando en este hotel desde mayo 2024 con regularidad por temas de trabajo por lo que note un cambio significativo en estos productos.

La locación, la limpieza y el precio seria todo.

Cons:

Que no tienes plancha en el cuarto y si lo que esperas es un hotel cuarto más halla de solo dormir pues este no sería uno de ellos ya que es un poco limitado.

Me gustó la ubicación, el trato y soluciones del personal Host muy bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones se encuentran muy maltratadas y con muchos detalles, a pesar de estar limpia la habitación, de las condiciones generales se percibe que la habitación estuviera sucia y en peores condiciones. El desayuno si bien no está mal, falta mucha limpieza en el área y tener lo suficiente en términos de cubiertos, tazas y platos.

Pésimo servicio de estacionamiento, como el hotel está en una plaza, es todo un problema el estacionamiento, muchos trámites para entrar y salir. Deberían especificar eso en la descripción, para poder decidir si llegas ahi
