Pros:

It was ok on short notice, the coffee and snacks for breakfast were average.

Cons:

There wasn't even a coffee pot/coffee/tea in the room........all items had to be checked out at the front desk with additional $ for sterilization/cleaning. I've stayed other places for less. Will I stay there again at this chain.....not likely.

Tolerable if there’s nothing better
Pros:

I liked the location. I also liked that there’s a full size refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

The staff was friendly at check in but I never saw them after that. No early check-in. No late check out. They say you can have dishes delivered to your room, but I had to pick them up from the front desk. The cabinet in my room closed in the most awkward fashion, and I jammed my finger. I’m going to the doctor later this week because I think I have a fracture. No access from the side doors. They try to nickel and dime everything at this property, including laundry, which is really a dollar more expensive than what they say. The hallway smelled like poop for half of my stay, and staff really seemed unmotivated and disinterested the entire time outside of my check in experience. Walls are also very then. The room was kind of depressing. No color or even pictures on the wall.

Pros:

The front desk staff were helpful. The mess on the carpet in the hallway a few doors down from our room went un vacuumed the two nights we were there. There was trash on the elevator floor. There was a lot of loitering going on late into the night, both inside the lobby and outside the hotel. There were people smoking right outside the lobby doors despite a sign stating that wasn’t allowed near the building.

Place was horrible, my wife would not stay there. There were dogs on property and smelled like smoke everywhere. Front desk person was nice though.

Pros:

Room was clean, no frills, and staff was responsive to requests for fresh towels. Parking was fine, but the number of people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking gave it a shady feeling. Breakfasts were heavy on starch, no fruit, milk or protein.

Great location, Comfortable accommodation, Supportive staff
Pros:

Great location - lots of restaurants, markets and other facilities nearby. We could just walk across when we needed anything. The property was clean and well maintained, the rooms and amenities were exactly what we needed and the staff were warm and friendly, always ready to support any request and assist as needed - a special thanks to Nancy, Angie and Kela at the front desk. We would definitely recommend

Pros:

The breakfast has a long ways to go. Oatmeal was old stuck to the package. Hot chocolate and coffee are only options. Need something cold as well!
