The castle and surrounding area town and walks
The hotel. The staff false advertisements the food and niose levels in bed room.

Rooms to hot however staff did provide fan when requested which helped.
Very close to the centre of Trim and right across the road from Trim castle. Very good location.
Rooms were not clean. The carpet was very grubby, no air con in the room and rooms need a good refurb. No walk in shower in our rooms just a bath with a shower hose. This was very difficult for my elderly mother who struggles with her mobility.

Our visit was fabulous. Check-in was very pleasant. From the booking with Elese and Niamb to Katie and Jillian who solved directions for oir days out!
The room and bathroom were spotless, bed was very comfortable with Voya products to add to ambiance. We had a balcony which was a treat! The restaurants, bar and cafe offered great service and wonderful menus. Food was superb and great value for money . Trim is a lovely town with plenty to see in the surrounding area. Thanks again and well back! M
I was with the family who stayed June 2026 where we experienced a terrible night of sleep. We checked in June 13 and we left at 6-7am June 14. We were supposed to stay and checkout June 15 but we had to find a different hotel. That’s how bad the situation was with the wedding noise. It’s a true party hotel. What makes it worse is that Trim Castle Hotel has decided not to refund the sleepless night of June 13, 2026. We did create a YouTube video that is posted. That is just to warn others that you will not be able to sleep in this hotel any weddings. They will tell you that they have quiet rooms however that is 100% incorrect. We stayed in one of the quiet rooms and my whole family could not sleep. We got up out of bed around that 1 AM Mark after not sleeping and went downstairs to speak with management who told us there’s nothing they can do and they said the wedding would be over at 2 AM however that did not occur. We repeatedly called management and they told us we’re not the only ones complaining. The manager on duty that evening of June 13 also stated he is not allowed to say anything about the situation which also told us theyalready are aware of the situation and do nothing about it and just take money. Speaking of taking money they are not refunding our sleepless night of June 13 and that should be a warning to all. A hotel should be hospitable. This one is not this one does not care about their Guests. It is truly upsetting because this was our first family trip to Ireland. We complained about the sleep last night on June 13 and checked the morning of June 14 without any sleep and we had to go to a different hotel. I actually tried to find a hotel June 13/14 at 2:30 AM and again at 3:30 AM because that’s how bad it was we were going to leave, but I could not find a Hotel. We booked with Expedia and Expedia claims that the trim Hotel has decided they will not be refunding us. We also have that email and will be posted as well on YouTube. It just shows that this Hotel does not care for their guests comfort.
Food in baileys bar was delicious. And staff were attentive.
