The views, the staff , the area
Room was a good size, beds were very comfortable. We had an added bonus of a balcony. Room was very warm but heating could be controlled which was good. Breakfast was superb and served very quickly with a smile. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Sinks in bathroom unusually high. Didn't impact us but a small person or child would struggle.
Lovely clean hotel and well located in Trim, staff were always friendly and obliging.
Stayed in trim castle for 1 night with my partner to attend darts in another hotel 10 mins away
We had fantastic stay , breakfast was delicious, dinner was fabulous, they done amazing strawberry daiquiri, room was lovely, we will return back soon

The heat in the hotel was way too hot it was a bit uncomfortable
hotel location was incredible with the view it was like being in the grounds of the castle. our room was amazing and the staff were super friendly and attentive. highly recommend and will be back soon.

Ausra and all the staff looked after us so well and the food was absolutely delicious
The check in was excellent. The girl in reception, Katie, really stood out to us. It was refreshing to meet somebody who demonstrated a very kind and genunie welcome on arrival.
The food in the restaurant did not live up to expectations. I checked the food reviews prior to arrival which looked positive. On receiving our food order it was a little disappointing.

It was a lovely clean hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice too.
We stayed in an executive double bedroom which to be honest wasn't what I expected. It was a standard with two single beds pushed together with no separate shower and only a view of the car park outside. Our bedroom door wouldn't lock and the sockets beside the bed were not working to charge our phones. I did inform the front of house staff regarding the lock and sockets and she assured me that it would be dealt with which is fair enough.
