Pros:

The apartment was quite spacious and had plenty of room. The location was very good, close to the city centre and in a lively, alternative neighbourhood with lots of nightlife. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

We had an issue with the key on our first night and were unable to open the door. When we called reception, the call was disconnected. We eventually managed to get in, but the locking system seems quite old and could use an update. The next day, the reception staff were helpful and provided us with a new key.

The apartment did not look quite like the photos, as the furniture was older than expected. The towels were also quite worn. Guests should note that no shower gel or shampoo is provided.

Quite location in the city centre, secure, safe with a lovely courtyard.
Pros:

Lovely and quiet location in the centre of Budapest.
Superb studio apartment with washing machine!
Secure and safe!
Excellent breakfast at the Ibis.

Cons:

Only thing I could find was the mattress was a bit too hard… that’s it.

A recepción mellébeszélnek. A menedzsment elérhetetlen
Pros:

Pár éve megszálltam már itt, ezért bátorkodtam szervezett csoport számára is itt foglalni. Maga a szállás nem is okozott csalódást, a személyzet (és állítása szerint a menedzsment) annál inkább.

Cons:

A recepcióval telefonon egyeztettem a foglaláskor, azt állították, hogy a bookingon elérhető szobatípusok nem mind elérhetők valójában. Ez volt az első negatívum. Jeleztük már a szállás foglalásakor, majd az átvételkor is, hogy számlára van szükségünk, lehetőleg az ottartózkodás végén átvennénk. A booking felületén egyáltalán nem reagáltak, a recepción meg eleinte azzal áltattak, hogy majd hónap végén megkapjuk. Telefonon ismét felhívtam őket, megerősítették hogy hónap végén kiállítják a számlát. Ez nem történt meg. Az újabb hidegzuhany hó eleji telefonhíváskor történt, amikor már egyértelműen mellé beszéltek és azt mondták: a következő hónap végén lesz számla. Öt nap haladékot adtam, ellenkező esetben kénytelen leszek feljelentést tenni és a hatóságokhoz fordulni.

Great place, a bit expensive, small inconveniences
Pros:

The apparent is at an amazing location. It is at the center of Budapest and all of the public transports are available nearby. It was easy to reach every destination of ours. The place also had a parking which they charged additionally, but it was nice to park the car on a safe place near to our accomodation. That is a good value in a city center.
Our room was comfortable with a balcony, sofa and kitchen. It was a nice stay for the comfort and location.

Cons:

The accommodation was a bit expensive for a few nights stay. Although our reservation did include breakfast, I think, the food did not worth the extra money relative to other accommodations in the area.
The rooms, although they were nice, they did not have soaps, shower gails and there were two few towels. I also think that the rooms could be a bit more clean.
Maybe an accident, but it is worth mentioning, that on arrival the lift did not work, in our building, so we had to take a different lift to travel to the 7th floor and go down to the 5th by stairs. We took this route for two days on every leave and arrival until day 3, when the lift was repaired. It is a good point that they did repair it, but arriving to broken lift was not a pleasant experience.
I mentioned the parking which made the place really comfortable, but they charged an extra 20e by night for it which is an extra fee besides the price already payed.
