Isola d'elba 2025
Pros:

L'appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto, posizione ottima per raggiungere in 8-10 minuti le principali cittadine e spiagge dell'isola. Molto tranquillo e Lo consiglio vivamente.

Cons:

Pros:

La posizione è ottima, molto comoda e a soli 10 minuti da Portoferraio, con diverse spiagge facilmente raggiungibili. L’appartamento è spazioso, dotato di una terrazza molto grande e confortevole, e fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

La pulizia degli appartamenti è sicuramente da rivedere: al nostro arrivo non era stata spazzato e abbiamo trovato delle macchie a terra che sono andate via facilmente con un po’ d’acqua. Durante il soggiorno, nei due interventi di pulizia previsti si sono limitati a rifare il letto e a cambiare gli asciugamani, senza occuparsi di altri spazi, neppure della terrazza.

La struttura ha molto potenziale ma necessita di una maggiore manutenzione: l’acqua del lavandino non defluiva bene e dopo la prima doccia non era più disponibile acqua calda.
Inoltre, la strada di accesso è ben tenuta solo fino al golf, dopodiché diventa molto sconnessa e difficoltosa da percorrere sia in scooter che in auto.

Pros:

Situato sulle colline, in zona tranquilla, con vista sul golfo, agevolmente raggiungibile sia da Porto Azzurro che da Portoferraio. Praticamente un ampio bilocale con cucina e bagno completi di tutti gli accessori.

Pros:

Vista dalla terrazza. Spazi molto ampi. Posizione molto tranquillità e ottima come partenza per esplorare l'isola.

Cons:

Il frigo ormai portava i segni del tempo (mancava la sponda portabottiglie), pentolame non proprio completo. Cuscini del letto un po' bassi.
