Pros:

location was about 200 metres from the main square was easy walk from the train station about 1 km. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of a canal. The staff were accomodating and helpful. i would stay at the hotel again

Tolle Lage des Hotels, sehr zentral, seeehr freundliches Personal! Nahe Garage! Das Frühstück nahmen wir in einem Raum direkt an der Gracht ein - Aussicht atemberaubend!

Cons:

Une place de parking nous avait été réservée mais était inaccessible car travaux dans la rue
La remise des clefs a été très longue plus de 30 minutes

Pros:

The location is perfect. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast area had a lovely view. My room also had a beautiful view of the canals.The staff was very attentive and took into account my special request regarding the room location.

Cons:

This is an old building, so you're likely to hear noise from other rooms. Although it's signposted, the elevator is difficult to find.

Pros:

De hygiëne, de ligging en het personeel. De kamer was súper schoon. Iets aan de kleine kant, maar echt prima. De ligging was perfect, middenin het centrum. En het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het enige wat we misten was een minibar/kleine koelkast op de kamer.

Localização maravilhosa, quartos confortáveis. Vista para os canais do café da manhã. Café da manhã bom. Já é minha segunda vez em Bruges e que fico no hotel. Recomendo

Infelizmente eles estavam em reforma, e barulho iniciava bem cedo pela manhã, mas acredito que seja passageiro. E não reflita em acomodações futuras

Une découverte de Bruges aussi exceptionnelle que je l’espérais.
Pros:

Situation parfaite dans la ville pour faire toutes les visites que nous voulions. Accueil très agréable par un personnel très serviable. Chambre très grande avec une vue magnifique sur les canaux, très calme, petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
