L'emplacement bien sur mais chambre non climatisée, équipements manquants, salle de bain peu pratique et dépourvue de produits de toilette : shampoing savon. Rien pour suspendre les vêtements. Propreté impeccable. Labyrinthe pour atteindre la chambre. Ascenceur minuscule

Average hotel in very touristy area.
Pros:

The bar next door, and it was clean.

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the pictures. Very small, only windows looked out onto a light well that had a window to the public hall so you couldn’t open the blinds. And they only opened from the top so no fresh air. Hotel was right smack in the middle of a super touristy street with at least 7 or 8 chocolate stores. Easy walk to everything but very touristy crowded area.

Pros:

Frühstück war nett angerichtet und ausreichend. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Trotz nachfragen per mail im Voraus wurde kein Parkplatz zur Reservierung angeboten. Wir haben ein Parkhaus in der Nähe genommen.
Das Zimmer war alt und die Decke rissig. Teppichboden ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Klimaanlage bei 30 Grad war nicht vorhanden. Bad war neu aber der Rest des Zimmers auffallend nicht. Treppenhaus eng und Lift gerade ausreichend für Handgepäck. Der Fön hatte keine Leistung.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, bem no coração do centro histórico e o café da manhã atende. A equipe é prestativa e atenciosa. Só precisa ter atenção no momento da reserva pois como o hotel tem quartos sem ar-condicionado, você pode fazer a reserva de forma errada, que por sinal, foi meu caso. Porém no segundo dia solicitei a mudança de quarto e, por sorte, havia quarto com ar-condicionado disponível para fazermos a troca. Esse detalhe do ar-condicionado é importante de acordo com a época da viagem, nós pegamos uma onda de calor muito forte.

Outdated furniture, old kettle for boiled water to make instant coffee, not working AC (had to move to another room), not working TV, poorly and inconsistently working Wi-Fi .

When booking make sure you get a room where the AC and heat actually work.

Cons:

No air conditioning. It was a warm spell and the room never got below 76 degrees. There was a fan and the windows opened but that did not help much during the day. I would have had a nice view except for the scaffolding blocking it. The elevator was a little funky.
