Central position of hotel excellent. Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast room location was lovely overlooking the canal and the breakfast itself was very good with a good choice

The bar and outside terrace facilities were not really in use while we were there

Lovely, comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Excellent location for all the sights we wanted to see. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. The staff were all very pleasant, kind and helpful.

Pros:

Heel proper en netjes hotel. Iets te koel. Niet zo gezellig ingericht en bij het ontbijt waren de eitjes, de worstjes en het spek koud, jammer. Wel vriendelijke Dames die het onderhoud doen, alsook de mensen aan de balie 👍

Pros:

Location is excellent , nice breakfast

Cons:

Property under construction, no air conditioning in our room, could not leave windows open for ventilation due to mosquitoes. Tub/shower in our room very small, could not stand and turn in shower due to sloped ceiling.

Good, but a little overpriced
Pros:

Location was key, it was clean and convenient for the basics

Cons:

Lift was intermittent as it seemed to be problematic. No offer of breakfast or any upgrades upon arrival and there was building work that started before 8am on Monday 4th May, not ideal

Fabulous, will book here again when I return to Brugge.
Pros:

A lovely building in a beautiful location right on the river. Staff were exceptional and friendly, and room was simple, clean, but had plenty of space and everything we needed😊

Cons:

The stairs to our room were quite steep and narrow, so was difficult to carry a case up and down them.

Great location for a Bruges visit
Pros:

This hotel is in a great position, overlooking the canals and adjacent to the market place.
The hotel was undergoing some extensive refurbishment while we were there, but this was handled well and did not disturb or affect our visit at all.
Breakfast was decent if not spectacular and held in a lovely old room looking out over the canal.
Our bedroom was spacious but lacked enough wardrobe space and the bathroom really could do with a shower curtain! Otherwise the hotel was fine and visitors need to remember that central Bruges is a world heritage site and therefore changes to buildings are strictly controlled.
Finally, the reception staff were very helpful and the hotel car parking is only a couple of minutes walk away. Would recommend!
