Great stay in El Calafate for few days to see glaciers.
Pros:

Nice location overlooking the water view. Many breakfast offerings to choose from. Very spacious room and bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
Pros:

The staff are great. The woman who works the breakfast area is so nice. We were staying there on my wife’s birthday (Christmas Eve) and they gave her a small cake. It was really nice thing to do. Also the people who checked us in and the cleaning staff are nice. This says a lot about whomever runs this property.

I also liked how there is a cat on the property who is really sweet.

As long as you have a car the location is great. Beware it is about a 5 min drive up a steep hill from town or prob 15 min walk.

Cons:

For us nothing. Just be aware it’s a steep walk or drive from town

Mostly very charming although room for improvement
Pros:

Charming little place, large and comfortable bed, nice decor, good breakfast.

Cons:

Poorly designed bathroom produced an awful smell which leaked out into the bedroom. Very hot room and the windows were right at floor level by the entrance so didn’t feel comfortable leaving them wide open all night.

Las habitaciones eran lindas y luminosas

Cons:

No es un 4 estrellas. La cena de fin de año tuvimos que pedirla con mucha antelación para un menú básico que fue pésimo, otro día fuimos a comer en el restaurante del hotel y nos dijeron que no era posible porque había 3 mesas con gente - aunque quedasen un montón libres - nos dijeron que no era posible porque “estaban desbordados”, el desayuno era muy básico, el personal nos contactaba de manera insistente por whatsapp para saber desde el día antes a qué hora saldríamos al día siguiente para poder programar ellos la limpieza de los cuartos, se supone que había un servicio de shuttle al centro y de regreso y el único día en el q quisimos hacer uso del mismo estando ya en el centro simplemente nos contestaron que justo ese día no estaba disponible…
