Comfortable and clean stay which fit our family of 5 easily. Secure rooms for safety and parking available. Check in was

Great location. Secure. Parking available. Great size room and facilities. Great option to add a sofa bed for a family of 5 with plenty of room in the adjoining room option.

Cons:

The blinds were a little old and hard to use. Also didn’t have block out blinds in the lounge area which meant the light came in early in the morning.

Absolutely nothing..This place is so beyond run down and filthy its beyond a joke

Cons:

The apartment we were placed in was FILTHY! You open the door to be hit in the face with a strong mould odur. The dust on the air-conditioning vents is approx 2-3cm thick, the skirting boards are loaded with dust. The walls are dented, water damaged and scratched. The furniture is unmatching, very outdated, covered in scratches, stains and food splatters. The kitchen bench and cupboards are covered in dirty finger prints. The roof in the ceiling above the bed has red (looks like blood) splatters, the showers are old and mouldy. There is mould up the walls near the windows, the windows don't open, the pool is dirty. Staff are unhelpful, manager refuses to speak to clients when wanting to raise the issue.after being told at 7pm at night in a fulky bioked area due to sporting carnivals that we have to get out for a full refund that we won't get instantly or pay 50% to stay 1 night. Atrocious management and even more poor management for the accommodation spaces. 2 other people checked out within an hour of checking in for the same reason and one was checking out after 1 night because of the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. My friends house had something beeping repeatedly and was told to deal with it.

Would definitely not stay here again.
Pros:

It was well located near the private hospital and shopping centre, and the reception staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

Unit was dirty, poorly stocked, fridge leaked, fridge had no shelves (we had to ask for them), mattress was sagged, bathroom fan didn't work, blinds were filthy and a dead spider remained stuck to them throughout. Couldn't open the window for fresh air because of the traffic noise. Walls were dented and patched but not repainted. Shower was a dribble.
