Is a lovely hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean,coffee and water.
Breakfast also very good.
Short walk to Promenada mall.
Taxi comes quick in that location and they are quite cheep.
Staff very nice as we had 3 rooms there and they upgrade them!!!!!

Pros:

Резервирахме нощувка в хотела, по моя инициатива, защото съм отсядала няколко пъти преди и съм впечатлена от комплекса. Имаше леко недоразумение относно инвентара в стаята, но благодарение на любезното съдействие на персонала, случая беше разрешен по най-бързия начин и успяхме да отидем навреме за полета, който ни предстоеше.
Благодаря за всичко, ще посетим хотела отново.

Ok dar overpriced
Pros:

Personalul foarte politicos, locatia in sine e interesanta cu alei de plimbare , cladiri estetice, aproape de parc, de centre de business. Micul dejun foarte bun.

Cons:

Raport calitate pret din pacate chiar nu renteaza. Vorbim de 450 RON camera pe noapte fara mic dejun (l-am achitat separat), si din pacate si fara piscina. Singurul motiv pentru care am luat camera a fost ca ne doream o zi cu relaxare la piscina cu copilul. In realitate piscina e bazinul de innot din cadrul World Class Caro, care a fost plin ochi toata ziua si super galagios de la clasele de water sport. Nu e suficient de transparenta aceasta informatie pe Booking, cel putin nu din perspectiva mea.

O experienta neplacuta pe care nu o voi uita curand.
Pros:

Camera frumoasa si bine dotata cu facilitati.

Cons:

Personalul foarte zgomotos, camera era langa oficiul pe care il foloseau la curatenie, si deasupra unuia din restaurante. Toata noaptea s-a vorbit tare sub geam. Inadmisibil.
Cineva din personal intrat peste mine la ora 8;30, cat eram la dus. Curatenia lasa mult de dorit.
Am plecat dupa o noapte, si mi s-a spus ca mi se vor returna banii pentru a doua platita. Nici vorba.

In general curat,desi unele elemente de decor merita schimbate pentru a se ridica la 4 *..

Mocheta pătata, mobilierul usor degradat ,praf pe sub pat ,semn ca se face curatenie superficial.
