Pros:

Le personnel au top! Professionnel et super sympas.

Cons:

Le bruit. Malheureuse les murs sont en papier et on entend tout. Les portes claquent fort. Beaucoup de fetard qui rentrent tard et hurlent donc prévoyez des boules quies ;)

Absolutely superb experience all round, would heartily recommend it and can’t wait to return

Spotlessly clean, excellent and varied facilities, friendly helpful staff, buffet was second to none , Entertainment each evening, within easy walking distance of the beach and main centre but removed enough to be secluded and quiet. Sun deck and pool not overlooked by other buildings, open to all day sunshine with woodland and sea view

Cons:

Other than in the room, There seemed to be only one small toilet serving the bar and dining room. Corridor lighting very bright, a little harsh last thing at night

The accommodation was fine overall, apart from a few minor issues.
Pros:

The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was excellent. The waterfront was also just a 5–10 minute walk away. Public transportation was convenient from the accommodation as well.

Cons:

It wasn’t soundproof at all, so we couldn’t sleep very well — you could hear everything people were doing in the hallway and in the other rooms. The all-inclusive drink selection could also be broader. The toilet didn’t work properly either.

Nous avions la demi-pension intégrée mais nous avons seulement pris le petit déjeuner car les soirées faisaient un peu trop "camping paradis" à notre goût Buffet assez grand que j'ai trouvé convenable à mon goût. La situation géographique permet de rejoindre Palma rapidement. Parking à proximité gratuit. Accueil très bien. Les personnes qui font l'entretien sont également très gentilles.

Cons:

L'établissement nous a vendu une chambre premium double, ils n'ont en réalité aucun vrai lit double, il s'agit de 2 lits d'une place côte à côte avec 2 draps séparés... bref pour un couple, pas cool.
WIFI payante si vous la souhaitez...
Mais le plus gros problème c'est la fréquentation de l'hôtel... des gens de tout âges (pas forcément des jeunes) qui crient à 4h du matin. Aucun respect pour ceux qui souhaitent dormir, je me suis réveillée en sursaut 2 nuits d'affilées. La sécurité est intervenue au bout de notre dernière nuit... ça n'a absolument pas été reposant. Je n'ai jamais laissé de commentaire négatif sur un logement malgré qu'on voyage beaucoup mais la fréquentation les dessert beaucoup. Pensez sincèrement à surveiller les couloirs des chambres en pleine nuit SVP

Agréable hôtel, piscine…
Belle vue sur la mer, idéal au coucher du soleil (on était au 6ème étage)
Quantité du buffet plus que correct. Assez varié

Cons:

La qualité du buffet peut être (subjectivement) assez bas pour un français
Le jet d'eau de la douche un peu bizarre: à intervalles régulier, ça devient très chaud avant de devenir très froid, puis revenir à la normale

Das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Es war schmutzig. Als ich sie Balkontür geöffnet habe war dies nicht möglich und ich hatte den Türgriff in der Hand. Die Möbel sind teilweise stark beschädigt -an Kommoden fehlen Ecken und es ist sehr abgewohnt und das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Speisesaal war überfüllt und laut. Es hat stark vom Grill genebelt sodass man die Luft fast schneiden konnte. Das Essen war einseitig und die Saucen dazu hatten einen Geschmack von einem Fertigprodukt. Ich konnte leider nichts essen. Der lermpägel u Rummel war nicht auszuhalten. Die Wände der Zimmern sind dünn wie Papier -ich hörte vom Nachbarzimmer reden und schreckte mich bei jedem Niesen. Die ganze Nacht war es laut u die Türen wurde zugeknallt. Waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort und sind um 06:00 in der Früh abgereist. Der Preis ist für dieses Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich eine Rezession schreibe da ich nichts schlechtes sagen möchten. nun werde ich allerdings vermehrt auf Rezessionen und Sterne achten. Die Fotos von Booking stimmen nicht überein -so sehen die Zimmer nicht aus.
