The worst hotel experiences we have ever had
Pros:

Unfortunately, nothing. The hotel was overcrowded and noisy. Despite paying for an all-inclusive stay, I had to leave the hotel to buy water because the bar queues were extremely long.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because the room was advertised with air conditioning, but when we arrived at around 10:00 PM, it was not working. The room was extremely hot (around 33°C), and despite informing the staff immediately, we were told there was no other room available and that the air conditioning could not be repaired that night. The only solution offered was a fan, which was completely inadequate.

The room was also poorly maintained and not properly clean. The door handle was broken, and the overall condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised.

We spent an almost sleepless night, which was especially difficult as we were travelling with our young child. What disappointed us the most was the lack of concern and willingness from the staff to resolve the situation.

I have attached a video showing that the air conditioning appeared to be switched on, but the external unit was completely non-functional.

Overall, the accommodation did not match the description on Booking.com, and this was the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I hope Booking.com will investigate this matter and consider appropriate compensation.

Cons:

Maistas nepatiko, pasirinkimas nedidelis. Užkandžiai tarp pietų ir vakarienės prasti, jei jų iš vis būna likę. Kokteiliai neskanūs, pasirinkimas mažas. Kambariuose ne kondicionierius o tiesiog vėjelis. Kambario. Neatvėsina pakankamai.

Bij aankomst in het hotel was het receptie personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

In het bed waren de veren van het matras te voelen. Daarnaast paste de douchekop niet in de houder waar deze normaliter ingehangen wordt. Je moest deze daarom vast houden.

Het diner viel daarnaast tegen, een ieder liep door elkaar heen waardoor het erg druk werd. Tevens zat er aan het eten weinig smaak en was er nihil keuze.

Al met al:
Qua prijskwaliteitsverhouding krap aan voldoende. Buffet, comfort en hygiëne onvoldoende.
