Kudo Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only)

The hotel is nice enough and staff are very friendly. However, the hotel does not have a spa as advertised and the fitness centre air conditioning does not work and therefore unuseable. Additionally, the shower did have substantial mould and the water pressure/temperature was constantly fluctating. The central location in Patong is great, but you wont get a wink of sleep until 4 am due the noise of the town. It really needs triple glazing. The food/drink options is also really good, but I think this place doesnt really understand what its market is. You cant be "upper class" and have sheesha and weed smoking everyone else out of the place. It doesn't go hand in hand.

Great location and wonderful staff

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in an area with many tourist attractions, noise doesn't penetrate into the room. The pool water is a very pleasant temperature. The hotel has an excellent security. For me the AC, bathroom and bed were maximum.

Hot water was an issue, also when booking a suite they should include a day bed by the pool instead of the up charge. Other than that great location, great staff will go again and hope I don’t get more cold showers.

Location is amazing.

This area was perfect for visiting Parong beach,bangla road area. If you want to be close to the night life, partying and action this is it. If you're looking for quiet so not stay there. The staff was wonderful and the rooms super clean and spacious.

If you're trying to have a quiet stay. This one has club music til midnight. Even with slider closed music is Loud. Also no elevators. If you have allergies the entire hotel has candles that smell so strong i had a astma atrack. I booked this hotel to get away from kids and to my surprise. The music was worse than being around kids. The hotel charged my card than took me to the room and said " the music is on til midnight youre ok with that?" After she charged my card. Now no refunds but there was no way i can stay in room with music that loud. Climb 3 flights of stairs. Have an astma attack and die very very dissatisfied.

What I liked - Excellent location on Patong beach, right next to Bangla road.
- The rooms are very good.
What I didn't like - It can be very, very noisy at night. I had a room facing the road, and you could hear tuk tuks blaring music, people revving their loud scooters, and people yelling on the street all night, until the sun came up.

I stayed at Kudo 21-25th Feb, 2024. It's a nice hotel in a great spot, right by the beach.

The reception staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well organised.

The hotel is on one of the main roads so at night it is very, very noisy. Traffic and music is constant.

Service is very good throughout the hotel except in the Pool bar. There is a lovely bar in the Pool, however service here is terrible.

There are never any staff working despite customers sitting at the bar?!?

Bring your ear plugs and you'll have a great stay!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The view is breathtaking. But I will reiterate what I’ve already read in the reviews. They do not own the pool area and beach area. So if you plan to get a good nights sleep, don’t count on it. Middle East music playing almost till one in the morning. The same beat all day and all night. Getting chairs at the beach was very easy and relatively expensive. Phenomenal location. The only thing that would keep us from coming back was the noise at night

Loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, clean and with all of the amenities. The front desk, housekeeping, security and bartenders at the club were wonderful and had great customer service skills. My only comment is that I found that the service at the restaurant and bars from the servers was lacking. It was challenging to get the attention of the servers to order more drinks as they didn't come by to check up if we needed anything. Even when we'd try to flag them down they were usually running past us or looking down at the ground so we'd have to get up and go up to them. Otherwise, we had a very great stay.

Not sure where to begin. This was one of the best vacations I ever took and the Hotel was at a perfect spot with very nice staff. For smokers they had the best pot store in Phuket pool side :)

The hotel was in a good location. Both near the city center and near the beach. The staff's attitude was good and acceptable. The hotel pool was not built for swimming in any way, and in other words, it was more like a bathtub that some people entered to drink. The entrance to the hotel area is for the public. It was open and looked more like a park than a hotel area. What attracted the most attention and was miraculously surprising was the absence of an elevator to the upper floors. As soon as you enter, all the cost and 3000 deposit will be received and suddenly a black hole called long and very inappropriate stairs will appear in front of you, where you have no way back or back. You had paid the money and if you were a rock climbing champion, you would have been happy and delighted with this moment. The most interesting thing was that the hotel reception announced the reason for not installing an elevator was the oppressed government of Thailand!!!!! But overall it was fun and my wife and I had an unforgettable time together. From the hotel management to make my wife and I understand more that we are happy together anywhere even at kudo hotel😋

The best hotel at Patong

The property looks a lot bigger in pictures than it does in person. The pool was rather small, and when there are a bunch of noisy men in it, the pool becomes that much smaller.
I think my wife and I arrived during Bike Week so it was rather loud at night.
However, as always, Thai hospitality was amazing. Your staff at Kudo was incredible. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very nice.
