Staff were great, very pleasant and welcoming. Got a free upgrade when we arrived from a courtyard room to a deluxe room which was great. Complimentary snacks😎
Bar wasn't showing the arsenal game😅

The room was very big and spacious.
And the bathroom was huge.
The dinner and breakfast was delicious. The spa facilities were amazing. The location was quiet and tranquil and the surroundings were beautiful. The staff were very approachable and friendly.

The large dehumidifier in the corner of our room ....room was warm but a bit concerning !! Does every room have one ? Can understand with damp weather we ve had but felt a 5 star horel which we visit regularly should explain the presence of this piece of equipment in a room .
The man who welcomed us at the door was so lovely and the food from Cedars was very good.
When we arrived, the men’s toilets were filthy. We went for a walk while waiting for check in and they were in the same state when we arrived back. The property doesn’t have any original or special features, it’s been gutted and turned into a hotel without much personality- particularly in the bedroom. The lampshades were grubby in the cedar restaurant.
The scenes and cleanliness
We got food in gallery bar and it was not very good and staff did not come back for long time to try let them know. We ended up just paying and leaving back to the room. It cost us nearly €150 and we barely ate the steak which was very disappointing
