Important information:

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 00:00.

Room service is available from 06:30 to 23:30.

Please note that cots and extra beds are at an extra charge and require reservation and are subject to availability.

Please note that breakfast will be offered as Iftar meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays.

Renovation work is currently underway at our bar and restaurant. As a result, our meeting rooms are temporarily closed.

The worst stay of the entire tour.

Cons:

It was a very bad experience.
1. Door key card doesn’t worked multiple times even after validating again from the reception.
2. House keeping never answered the calls for almost 2 days even after repeated attempts.
3. Asked for 2 additional pillows on the day of checking and reminded them multiple times but never came.
4. TV remote was not there in the room but provided after multiple attempts and we have to go all the way down to reception to ask for it.
5. Biggest Biggest issue - Cleanliness. We were in room 700 and there were plates keep outside our room all the time with leftovers. And it was the accumulated ones from the entire floor right opposite to our room. Everytime we come out of the room we have to see this mess. Sometimes it was there for more than 24 Hours. Pros:

Отличное расположение. Неплохие завтраки в формате шведского стола. Уборка ежедневно. Нареканий нет. Бутлированая вода.

Cons:

Замызганые номера. Отель уставший. Но необходимо понимать что это Африка и это норма. Люди не парятся. Менталитет другой и взгляды на соответствие номерного фонда другие. Тапочки и зубной набор отсутствуют берите с собой. Утюга нет. Минимальные удобства. Телевизор так и не включился ввиду отсутствия сигнала. Климат контроль я так и не понял работает или нет. Персонал на мой взгляд не дружелюбный им просто все равно на тебя. Отель менять не стал т.к. уверен в других локациях ситуация не лучше.
Необходимо принять как должное.
