Important information:

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 00:00.

Room service is available from 06:30 to 23:30.

Please note that cots and extra beds are at an extra charge and require reservation and are subject to availability.

Please note that breakfast will be offered as Iftar meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays.

Mon constat
Pros:

Le restaurant sert de la bonne nourriture.
Le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Étant de confession musulmane, j'ai été très contrarié du fait qu'il n'existe aucune installation d'eau dans le WC. Tout le monde est obligé d'utiliser le papier hygiénique, ce qui n'est pas propre pour un musulman.
Je suggère l'installation de robinet dans les WC pour donner au moins le choix entre le papier hygiénique et l'eau.

Pros:

I liked the location clise to the souk and Rick's Cafe. The breakfast was huge and diverse. The restaurant staff were very attentive.

Pros:

Location is great, staff helped to find a spot to park my car as I arrived late to the hotel.

Cons:

Room was basic, toilet is separated from the shower and doesn't have a bidet. Towels were stained and aged. Extra pillows doesn't have a cover.
Most important doesn't have a prayer mat in the room or I indication for kiblah.

good stay with family but i dont think will book again at most its a 3 star hotel feel
Pros:

-location perfect
- has lifts for luggage
- staff were good
- water bottle topups everyday
- taxi are right outside
- has good lobby to relax
- good view from room

Cons:

- took 2 days to get iron despite asking multiple times
-AC not working properly room got very hot but we are lucky we went in cooler weather at night got cool when windows opened
- rooms need upgrading they are old and worn so gives ut 3 star feel
- toilet and shower are seprate that is weird when you have family in room
- next to desk small bugs were crawling
