Important information:

The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and 19:00 to 23:00. The bar is open from 17:00 to 00:00.

Room service is available from 06:30 to 23:30.

Please note that cots and extra beds are at an extra charge and require reservation and are subject to availability.

Please note that breakfast will be offered as Iftar meal during Ramadan for guests fasting during their stays.

Cons:

Hôtel en travaux, la literie n’est pas confortable, il y a des odeurs d’humidité dans la chambre, nous avons demandé des oreillers supplémentaires qui sont arrivés 2h plus tard après 4 relances, un fer à repasser qui n’est jamais arrivé ! J’ai envoyé des messages à l’hôtel car je souhaitais annuler ma réservation de 5 nuits après ma 1ere nuit, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse… vraiment je ne conseille pas du tout

Great location , Casablanca vibes at great value!
Pros:

The sound proofing exceeded my expectations given the hotel location in the city centre. Even the Mamounia nir the sofitel chain equals it !The reception area/ restaurant dining area/ bar on the ground floor is beautifully designed and decorated. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our stay was certainly excellent value for money.
The medina ( old town) is within a stone’s throw. Plenty of taxis available nearby

Cons:

The room needs some colour or carpets to make it warmer it is rather cold/ business like. We could not use the wardrobe as it was broken. Called housekeeping/reception to no avail. We did not get any bath mat on two consecutive days prompting me in demanding it . cleaning could be better.Tepid water only available until the day before our departure . The renovations work was not that bad really.
The staff are great , they do however need to be motivated ! You guys have a good team there!
Parking was not available at all. Something needs to be done about that - perhaps an agreement with Parking Triangle d’or nearby is a must! . You either provide parking or you don’t .

Je tiens à exprimer ma grande satisfaction, comme toujours, concernant le service de housekeeping mme fatima et sana,Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, son attention et sa qualité de service.
Je remercie également l’équipe de réception, notamment Nabil, Badr, Nourdin et Halim, pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Un merci particulier à Mme Lisa pour son magnifique sourire et son accueil très agréable.
Bravo aussi à toute la direction pour son excellent travail et pour maintenir un si beau niveau de service. Au plaisir de revenir !

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Casablanca City Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive.

I was especially touched by being selected as “Guest of the Day” and receiving a lovely welcome treat. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay feel truly special.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Casablanca, and the team was always ready to help and make sure everything was comfortable. I really appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay.

A big thank you to the entire team, especially the Guest Experience and management team, for making my visit memorable.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comme toujours, un excellent accueil de la part du personnel et un service irréprochable. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Mme Fatima du housekeeping pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son attention.
