Important information:

The leisure facilities at De Vere Cranage Estate can only be used by those over 16 years of age. Children can use the pool only at weekends, during set times. Please check with the hotel directly, using the contact details from your Booking Confirmation.

Please note that the restaurant will be closed for New Year, in place a New Year Gala Dinner is available to book for GBP 75 per person.

Front of the property and garden was lovely

Cons:

The staff weren’t friendly or helpful the breakfast was so expensive and then there wasn’t any left after we paid I asked the staff member and she quiet rudely said I’m on my own there’s toast and cereal

Beautiful building, comfortable stay, staff were not really about when I needed things like extra pillows and towels etc
Pros:

The room was comfortable and fairly modern

Cons:

The dining room area was far too hot the following morning which I didn’t like it, I was sweating whilst eating my breakfast so I had to leave it which was disappointing

Okay nothing special
Pros:

Super location, bath and shower in bathroom

Cons:

Bed was 2 single beds zipped together, no fridge in room, new part of building clinical , nothing special
