Una vacanza da sogno in una location molto bella e curata
Pros:

A colazione in questa struttura si può trovare ogni ben di Dio, dal salato al dolce. C'è persino l'addetta alle omelette che le fa in tempo reale. Salumi, formaggi, uova, salmone, una vasta scelta di pomodori, cetrioli, carote, succhi di ogni genere compresi gli estratti di frutta e verdura fresca. Una serie di torte davvero notevole, così pure per le brioche e pani di vario tipo. Persino la possibilità di farsi una moka per chi non vuole i classici caffé e cappucci al tavolo. Insomma una delle migliori colazioni mai viste prima!
Le piscine sono tante, sia esterne che interne, comprese quelle termali con idromassaggi potenti.
La palestra è completa, sauna molto bella.
Un plauso allo staff del servizio ristorazione per la competenza, professioanlità nonché dell'ottimo cibo proposto.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich, direkter Strandnähe und hoher Familienfreundlichkeit.
Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war qualitativ hervorragend – jeden Abend wirklich sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen, von frisch zubereiteten Omeletts und Crêpes bis zu frisch gepressten Säften war alles vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt insgesamt war sehr erholsam, das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand, ist sehr familienfreundlich und Bardolino war bequem zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso wie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Besonders praktisch war auch der Fahrradverleih direkt im Hotel – so konnten wir problemlos bis nach Garda mit dem Velo fahren.
Das Personal, besonders Samir sehr gastfreundlich!

Cons:

Schade das kein einziges Pool draussen beheizt war. Eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag wäre angemessen gewesen, weil zahlen tun wir ja pro Nacht.
Schade fand ich die sehr strikte Zimmerpolitik für Familien. Mit zwei kleinen Zwillingen hätten wir problemlos in einem Zimmer (z. B. mit Schlafsofa) übernachten können, mussten aber ein zusätzliches grosses Zimmer buchen, das wir letztlich gar nicht genutzt haben. Hier wäre etwas mehr Flexibilität und Entgegenkommen für Familien wünschenswert.

Bon séjour dans un bel établissement, mais les bâtiments annexes commencent a être un peu dépassé.
Pros:
