Pros:

Breakfast was a lovely spread with ample choice. The location of the hotel is great and its walking distance from the beach , town and restaurants. Hotel is spacious and has a great indoor pool, jaccuzzi and an outdoor pool with Hydro massagers.

Fantastico.
Pros:

Colazione a buffet molto ricca. Piscin(e) e zona wellness/terme molto belle. Palestra ben allestita.

Cons:

Non è forse nelle possibilità del resort, ma i moscerini in riva al lago (non nel resort), sono molto fastidiosi. L'unica pecca di questo magnifico weekend.

Nous avons fait un mauvais choix en sélectionnant cet établissement. Il est plus adapté pour un convention center, un t

Situé à Bardolino, il est aisé de visiter les nombreuses curiosités touristiques de la région.
Concernant l’hôtel en lui-même, je retiendrai qu’il avait une énorme piscine, c’est un bien petit souvenir pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Kill by one thousand cuts, oui, c’est triste mais une multitude de petites choses conduisent à conclure que cet établissement est globalement décevant.
Voici une liste non exhaustive des petites choses conduisent: (a) les ascenseurs ne fonctionnent que de 8h à 20h quid pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
(b) le bar piscine comporte une zone séparée du pool comportant des chaises et tables comme un bar normal, cependant vos boissons arrivent dans des goblets en plastique.
(c) les toilettes de la piscine à 14h n’étaient plus propres et il n’y avait plus de papier.
(d) le restaurant de l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’une carte mais uniquement d’un menu.
(e) la structure physique de l’hôtel est assez bien étendue et ressemble à un labyrinthe avec peut-être d’indices pour s’y retrouver.
(f) le pourtour de la piscine pour rejoindre un transat est assez dangereux car très peu d’espace entre le rebord de la piscine et le siège.
(g) pas de sel ni de poivre sur les tables… mais uniquement un set se trouve au buffet.
(h) sièges avec dossier trop profond… donc inconfortables
(i) wifi faible, le personnel de l’hôtel avait des difficultés à prendre les commandes sur leur tablette dans la zone piscine.

Bref … pris séparément, il n’y a rien de grave … mais l’ensemble aggloméré donne un sentiment que l’on n’est pas dans un 4 étoiles.

Wellness Bereich war groß aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebengebäude das Zimmer ist auch schon älter und wir hätten lieber eine Dusche anstatt der Duschbadewanne gehabt. Die dazugehörige Terasse sollte bei diesem Preis nicht so einen Kunstrasenteppich haben könnte man einladender machen
