Samui First House Hotel

Bon séjour, belle piscine, tout n'est pas parfait mais quand on demande on optient.... Tres belle plage au bout du chemin. Bon petit dejeuner mais dommage de ne pas avoir + de fruits au buffet.

Notre hotesse d'accueil était tres agréable, souriante, disponible et réactive.

BEWARE ! this hotel is awful
Room had a terrible smell of mould there was dead mosquitos allover the walls and on glass doors in bathroom the little pot that holds the tea and coffee was full of mould
After being in room a couple of days we noticed the floor was getting wet and was very slippery if you got up on night .
Our clothes was getting damp as well. We was sat by the pool and one of the male staff walked past us and spat on the floor 😑
When we tried speaking to the staff about room they didn't seem bothered we have asked to be moved
If you use the private beach you are not entitled to a umbrella only bungalows get these !
Also there is no safe in the room only one on reception which they hold the key for (i don't think so ! )
Also forgot to mention we had dirty towels apon arrival

Travelling with family. No lifts. Not good for people with mobility issues. Room had mouldy smell and was dirty. Hundreds of dead mosquito splats everywhere. Easy to wipe. Mould in tea/coffee/sugar holder. Told staff. Not interested. Air conditioning unit leaves floor wet. Tried temperature at 22/24&26 no change. Clothes felt damp. Unless you stay in bungalows staff won't put beach umbrella up for you. 1st hotel I've stayed in Thailand that doesn't have a safe. Staff aren't interested.
Never left a bad review before. Only scored 1 as it's on the beach.

One lady behind the counter is very helpful.
This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Months or years worth of bird droppings built up on the stairs. Bird droppings everywhere. It’s extremely unhygienic. In 40 years of travel I have never seen anything like it. The owner should be ashamed.

This hotel is supposed to provide you with Deluxe double rooms,at best they are poor standard double rooms. They are poorly maintained poorly cleaned and are basic at all levels including breakfast and amenities.
There are no safety deposit boxes lifts or security which makes you feel uneasy as it attracts a lot of back packers and weekend revellers.
Sunbeds parasols all need replacing along with a total printing of the hotel exterior.

Dichtbij het strand, is een zwembad, bad is fijn , maar je moet een taxi nemen of scooter huren, centrum Chanweng is beter

Jag och min partner bodde på Samui First House Hotel i Koh Samui från 27 juli till 15 augusti 2024. Tyvärr motsvarade vår vistelse inte våra förväntningar. Vi har bott på hotellet tidigare och varit nöjda, men den här gången var upplevelsen mycket sämre.

Huvudsakliga problem:

1. Dålig städning: Städningen av rummet var undermålig. Badrummet, inklusive handfatet, har inte rengjorts på över två veckor. Dessutom saknades toalettartiklar efter den första dagen, vilket tvingade oss att köpa egna. Detta är inte acceptabelt för ett hotell i denna prisklass.

2. Trasiga handdukar och sängkläder: Handdukarna var slitna och trasiga, vilket gjorde oss obekväma med att använda dem. Vi var även rädda att de skulle gå sönder mer, vilket kunde leda till att vi skulle bli ersättningsskyldiga. Sängkläderna var i liknande dåligt skick, med hål och slitage.

3. Vår bokning inkluderade frukostbuffé och en gratis välkomstdrink.

Även om personalen var mycket trevlig och försökte hjälpa till, kvarstod problemen och påverkade vår upplevelse negativt. Vi har delat vår feedback med hotellets personal, men tyvärr har ingen förbättring skett under vår vistelse.

Vi hoppas att hotellet tar våra synpunkter på allvar och vidtar åtgärder för att förbättra kvaliteten för framtida gäster. I nuläget kan vi inte rekommendera Samui First House Hotel till andra resenärer.

Overnattede en enkelt nat inden flyrejse. Ganske forfærdelige senge, meget slidt værelse, lugt af skimmelsvamp, huller i sengetøj…

Friendly helpful reception staff.The room a good size with balcony, furniture and fittings dated and in average condition, there was no safe.The bed had a stale smell which wasn't pleasant the daily cleaning a reasonable standard.Great location for the beach and the shops and restaurants a 15 minutes walk away.

My room was smaller than my friends, but I was happy enough with it, the mattress was probably ready to be replaced. Maid service was excellent, so was beach access

Great stay. Great staff. Great value. Great beaches behind the property. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to get there with ease. Would stay here again!

L'hôtel a connu de meilleurs jours.
Les chambres sont défraîchies, surtout elles sont tout juste propres : sol propre mais le lavabo n'a jamais été nettoyé en une semaine.
Pas de cocktail de bienvenue comme annoncé. Pas de restauration en dehors du petit déjeuner.
Les chambres étaient faites tard ou pas faites.
Service a minima.
La cerise sur le gâteau : toutes les nuits, le bâtiment est fermé avec des chaînes et des cadenas et il est impossible d'en sortir.

Two beaches, one with sun-beds and very sharp sand, the other has nice sand and no sun-beds ( except private )
Could not recommend this hotel, would not return!
During our stay we did a snorkelling trip from Mr Tu pier….super.

Das Zimmer war günstig, Die Sauberkeit ist katastrophal.vor dem Zimmer hat es 6 laute Air condondischener.Das Zimmer ist direkt unter dem Dach und somit sehr warm. Es war mein letzter Besuch in diesem Haus. H.U.Müller Schweiz.

Very nice place, beds are hard tho. Im going back in a few days ! You get what you pay for and this hotel is amazing for the price.

La première chambre qu’ils m’ont donné avait une mauvaise odeur de moisissure, et la seconde chambre là climatisé faisait défaut je ne pouvais pas la faire fonctionner toute la nuit beaucoup trop bruyante.
