Good heritage property. the manager and Reception staff have been nice,accommodating. Fantastic service. the room service +Restaurant person did exceptional hospitality, make you feel at home. the hotel location is good , but you have to call their car everytime you want to go to mall road and back to hotel. Disappointig about the hotel is: when checking in , you have to carry your luggage from Library chowk to almost 500 meters near the lenkart shop (near padmini niwas) wherein hotel car will pick u up. For check-out and luggage drop, manager help was aprpeciated, he arranged to drop us in hotel car upto the Library chowk.

Beautiful historic house and gardens close to shops and dining in town. The only downside is the steep hill to the hotel, but they will drive you up and down on request of call a taxi.

The views from this hotel are just magnificent and the serene atmosphere adds to the beautiful landscape. The service from staff is outstanding. Just the room needs to have the normal features like a full size mirror, slippers, bathrobe, fridge, bathroom stuff like comb, toothbrush, iron etc

Beautiful property,good food and beautiful views.....but can atleast offer a cake in room for celebration... It was our anniversary and all hotels do this atleast

The property is great and well maintained. The staff is also professional and cooperative.
The view from the property is amazing and the location is great too. Its on mall road but around 100-200Ft. above, which leads to no noise.
The food can be improved. The menu is limited and few items from that menu were also not available which we ordered. Hopefully they improve on it.
Overall a good place for pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel interiors, the gardens and the campus are tastefully done and well maintained. Rooms are big, spacious and with all the amenities and furniture one could ask for. Extraordinary hospitality and friendly staff, especially the kitchen staff and the servers. Food was tasty and quantity sufficient with enough variety. The complimentary pickup-drop facility provided by the hotel is an added benefit.
Our only issue was with the bathroom which was very cold and needs a heater of some sort for more comfort during winters.

The property is amazingly well maintained and the staff is very courteous. The garden villa we stayed in was clean, spacious. They provide a shuttle service to/from the mall road till 10:30 PM.

The only improvement would be in terms of food. The breakfast buffet and dinner we had were both average.

Otherwise an awesome hotel and highly recommended.

Property was good but not maintained properly. Buffet breakfast was not there, while it was mentioned in our booking. Instead they gave us a small menu to choose from. Tandoor was not available for chapati/naan in lunch. Rooms have shabby interiors and decoratives. Antique is different and shabby is different, you can not say a shabby item antique. Service was pathetic. They do not serve anything between 10:30 pm to 8:00 am. Not even tea or coffee. Very disappointing experience at the price they are charging. Not worth going there. They almost cheated us.

The property is very good looking and it's heritage is well maintained.
It's bathrooms and floors in rooms need some attention, with respect to the fitments.

The rooms were a bit dingy and quite loud, but the service and food were both excellent. Even with a somewhat run-down room, still an interesting experiment to stay in a heritage hotel. The gardens and views are also wonderful.

The hotel was a little off the main road, and transport was arranged by the hotel all the time. The room was not great, with a view of the parking !!! The food was great though, and the restaurant fellow Pankaj extremely helpful.
