The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
Baseboards falling off the walls, hallways are extremely hot, my room phone kept getting calls in the middle of the night that were meant for other rooms. I also reached out about this issue to booking.com as well as the property and never got a response back. Breakfast was not an option like it says… elevators are also broke.
I like the last time I stayed here it was a totally different atmosphere

The size of the rooms where great
Everything was so dirty. When you opened the cupboards in the kitchen there was food and nasty stuff. U had to check out kitchen supplies if u needed them. I am glad we decided not to cook there it was filthy. The kitchen floor was grimy i am glad we didn't have a baby crawling around on the floor. We have stayed at other extended stays and this one gives the company a bad name. Even the elevator was gross
