I like the last time I stayed here it was a totally different atmosphere

The size of the rooms where great
Everything was so dirty. When you opened the cupboards in the kitchen there was food and nasty stuff. U had to check out kitchen supplies if u needed them. I am glad we decided not to cook there it was filthy. The kitchen floor was grimy i am glad we didn't have a baby crawling around on the floor. We have stayed at other extended stays and this one gives the company a bad name. Even the elevator was gross

The front desk receptionist Freddy was intrusive and they are manipulating the rules and take advantage of their position in the hotel. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay at another hotel operated by them.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating.
The bed could have been more comfortable, more pillows were needed. Not a very clean room. They don't provide cleaning / maid service unless you ask for it. According to them, it's every 14 days!
