Pros:

El personal es muy amable y muy profesional.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que me dieron la habitación se ve que cerca de alguna zona de carga y descarga y a las 8 de la mañana un ruidazo de carros que te despierta y eso es muy desagradable y más si vas a descansar .

I have been travelling to this hotel for years I like every part of it that’s why I keep going back the spa is great the rooms are great and easy to get to parking is easy I will keep going to this hotel

Pros:

The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

Cons:

It was my wedding day and had included this in the reservation. It would have been nice as a gesture to have some rose petals in the room when we arrived or something special to mark the occasion considering it's a 4 star hotel.
