Bella struttura, da migliorare il servizio.
Pros:

Facile da raggiungere, ampio parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, anche se non asfaltato, stanze spaziose, colazione internazionale molto varia.

Cons:

Nel bagno i tappi di lavandino e bidet non si regolavano, o riempivi i sanitari o togliervi i tappi a mano. Mancava lo spazzolino del water. Pavimento della doccia scivoloso. Hanno sbagliato la destinazione della prenotazione (camera diversa da quella assegnata in origine) ed hanno dato la stessa chiave elettronica anche ad un altro ospite arrivato successivamente, risultato? Ci siamo ritrovati un estraneo in camera. Ad onore del vero ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino in camera per scusarsi ma... Insomma, da rivedere e migliorare.

Estancia que pague, no disfrute, y sin solución me dejaron!

Pues…. La verdad es que no lo pude disfrutar, ya que mi hijo estaba enfermo, y me dijeron que no podían cambiar la fecha, devolverme el dinero… ni siquiera presentando el justificante del médico, así que no creo que intente ir…

Toller Wochenendtrip - sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, extrem sauber, mit guter Lage und einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und professionell.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandungen.

Pros:

La habitación, la tranquilidad que se sentía en el hotel, la cercanía al parque regional de Las Salinas y el SPA, sin duda uno de los mejores SPAs donde he estado.

Cons:

La calidad-precio de la comida. El desayuno estaba muy bueno pero las cenas un poco flojitas. Ademas en la web pone el precio sin el
IVA y allí te cuesta más caro.
