ROOM HAD NO CURTAIN ON WINDOW HAD TO PUT A BLANKET UP, NOTHING IN ROOM. HAIR DRYER, IRON, KITCHEN WARE, COFFEE/TEA MAKER, RADIO, TOASTER, CARPET, PHONE DIDNT WORK, NO CLOCK. BATTERY ON DOOR LOCK WAS LOW TOOK ME ATLEAST 3 TO 5 MINTUES TO GET IN ROOM, HAD TO GET KEYS CHANGE TO GET IN THEY DIDNT WORK. I DONT THINK THAT ALL THE ROOMS WERE THIS WAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE ONE I STAYED IN WAS, I ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT WAS TOLD NO OTHER ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE, BED WAS OK ONLY 3 PILLOWS FOR 2 PEOPLE. O YEA NO HEAD BOARD BEHIND BED NO PICTURES ON WALL BUT NAILS WERE STICKING OUT WERE THEY USE TO BE, I DO HAVE PICTURES BUT I THINK YOU GET THE IDEA, PAID 127.34 SURSPOSE TO BE GETTING A 60.00 REFUND WE WILL SEE

I asked for handicap bathroom since I am an amputee. Nope then they put me on the third floor with no elevator. To a room that had not been cleaned walked down three flights again . They put me on the first floor . Woke up to cockroaches crawling all over
