Customer service level excellent
Pros:

Nancy, what a beautiful soul! She was so helpful for us <3. Rooms are very clean. Lots of value for the money. We have marked this as a place to return one day.
Thank you for the hospitality. Front desk staff are first point of contact for a customer and your girl nailed it from beginning to end.

The girl at the front desk was awesome

Cons:

It took 3 rooms before we were finally able to sit out stuff down in the 4th room. None of the 3 rooms were cleaned or had sheets on the beds. The 4th room was not very clean and had a terrible smell.

Terrible but helpful manager on Sunday

Locked out of room 2nd. No access to personal items and medicine. Locked out sat night 6/28. Hotel could not get door open until Sunday morning. Slept in clothes in spare room they used as storage. No cups for water. Terrible experience. Hotel comp for room and return charges to you.

Only use this hotel if absolutely necessary or if everything else is booked!
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the location. Convenient to the highway.

Cons:

Waited 15 minutes for someone to appear at check in desk. Me and children were put on the back of the hotel in a very dark and scary area. There was no lighting on the stair ways. There were shady people milling around all over the parking lot. The room was very old and reminded me of a pay by the hour kind of place. Uncomfortable beds, nasty shower etc.
