Bad water pressure in the shower and sink, shower curtain did not close, uncomfortable bed, weird damp smell

Dirty. Roaches. Uncomfortable beds. Trash throughout breezeways.

No elevator at all so w hen you have to be all up in the odd located room on the third floor lugging you and your families entire lives up those stairs you sort of come to terms with how out of shape you are every time you finally make to the last landing and can’t breathe or catch your breath, makes me want to throw our things away for just how hard it is to not die doing that small task! So I have a chics to make either live here forever and stop squirting material things or minimize everything.

The tv did not work at all

When I got there, they said there was no rooms available.

There was mold around tub and toilet, roaches, stale smell, Cobb webs, questionable folks living there. Trash piled outside of the room, it smelled as soon as you walked out. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The night clerk felt the need to walk us to our room, check the room before we went in. The breakfast was nonexistent. The price was WAY to high for this. Kotel 6 I would expect this from, but an extended stay. We stay at these properties all the time and know people live on the property, but this was another level. The beds were hard, we stayed 1 night since we got in so late. Slept with the lights on, for fear of something crawling on us. The door did not securely close, we did not feel safe. We had our luggage piled in front of it. There were bodily fluids on the walls and the floors were disgusting.

Check in staff seemed over worked. She had a bad attitude along with no customer service. Simply called to see if early checkin was possible before I got a chance to tell her I would be arriving in 4 hrs she cut me off and said it wasn’t possible. Upon arrival she was upset about her day and I asked her again about checking in early and she proceeded with they only have 1 house keeper and she is over 60 years old. I decided to check out other hotels around the area, came back to request a refund and she said she had a room ready this was (15 min later) instead of the back and forth she could have told me that she would check into it instead of completely saying it wasn’t possible. Once we got in the room the toilet didn’t work, tub was filled with water, and it was dirty all over the floor like they swept but didn’t sweep it up. Overall I would never recommend this location nor will I ever return

Picture in listing didn’t match the actual hotel or room. Hotel and room were pretty rough. Furniture in room was broken, ac hardly worked, fridge was old and dirty on the outside, lock on door was falling off the hinges.
