Stratford House Inn Branson

Bed sheets and comforter were stained, the floor wasn’t leveled properly and very annoying to walk on. We had to get ice at the hotel next door, the staff was friendly about everything but overall experience sucked. People were hanging out in the parking lot at 1am and you could hear banging on doors later in the night. The jets in the tub were very disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned out in years. But even though there where stains on the bed sheets it was very comfortable and the pillows where the best thing overall to be honest. There was also no blow dryer or rack to hang our clothes.

The check in was quick. Plenty of easy parking too. The a/c unit was dirty.

Noisy tenants. No safety rails in bathroom. Needs minor repairs. And the beds wereTOO TALL.

We called to let them know we would be checking in around 3am. When we arrived and called the number the poor lady who answered seemed to be woken up and tried to tell us we didn’t have a room due

The hotel is very clean. The staff was amazing. Miss Katie was awesome. Yes, I will recommend their hotel and yes, my family and I will return. Thank you guys so much. The Fourth of July was amazing. They gave an awesome show.😊😊😊👏

Our stay started by having to have maintenance come right away because our door wouldn’t lock… then our first day there I put a do not disturb sign on the door we come back and they still came in our room and the signs gone off my door. The next day my daughter is brushing her teeth and the whole pipe falls down to the floor and nasty water rushes everywhere when they came to fix it. They didn’t even clean all of the gunk up off the floor then when they brought me clean towels that same day I told them not to come in my room to clean she said oh I’ll make sure that they know they still came in my room beds are so uncomfortable. I now have a neck and back problem that I have to go to the chiropractor for rooms weren’t even clean when we got there took our shoes off and our feet were black. We left a day early after two days in a row of them coming in my room when I’ve asked them not to did they even offer to reimburse me for a day no worst possible hotel ever.

Everything was dirty here. Staff not dressed appropriately. Staff took 25 minutes to find reservation. Towels had black stains and holes in them. Bathroom was not cleaned before we got there, almost fell from urine being by the toilet. Took a shower and walked across the floors, my feet were black from being filthy, I had to re-wash my feet and take my shoes with me to the bathroom as to not get my feet dirty again. The a/c was not on before we got there so it was 100 degrees in the room when we arrived. Reserved a non-smoking room and it smelled like a stale cigarette. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

It was clean and fairly quiet but the beds were terrible.

Hotel is old pretty run down. The room smelled like smoke and dirty gym socks.

Front desk person was rude checking in. Checkout lady was nice. Just really puts a sour taste in my mouth to spend my hard earned money somewhere the staff is rude. The beds weren’t comfy either.

Took awhile to get tv remote to work had two remotes one tv. Brother inlaws tv had to unplug to turn his off. Our toilet had big square piece of sheet rock cut out behind it just placed their not finished. Had hang towel over toilet to cover it. Was cracked enamel in tub. Outdoor dog area needed cleaning lots dog poo. Advertise free breakfast in there admenities but there was none.

It was a ok place could've been better

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. In walking distance of food and fun. Budget friendly and pet friendly.

Very good value vs price.

The property is rught across from White Waters, qalking distance to mini golf and othrr activites that are open late. The showers also never ran out of hot water.

The room was clean. The room could use some upgrades like the bedding and the shower and the bathtub.

The facility is old and not kept up. I have a video of a bed bug we found in the morning. The mattress pad had a 24 inch split in it. The room temperature was very hot when we entered and took several hours to cool down. The parking was at a 45 degree slant, thank goodness for a functioning parking brake. The office smelled like an ashtray. They advertised a full spa which was nonexistent. Needless to say I was extremely dissatisfied. We cancelled our second night and stayed elsewhere.

We seen roaches and we left after our first night. Cleaning staff did not speak English and could not understand what we were saying to them and front desk didn’t get what I was saying either

The staff are all very kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfy. Perfect location for walking to many attractions near by.
