Nothing. The price. That’s about it.

Cons:

It was absolutely disgusting. The AC in the room was not on when we entered the room, so the room was HOT. When we turned the unit on, it barely worked. We did not stay the night there. We left the same day.

We have stayed here at least 5 times. Always have had a great experience. Have always requested the top floor and been accommodated.

Cons:

On this visit we requested the top floor as we normally do. We were told no, no one is in the top floor. Our room had dead bugs on the floor, the two chairs at the table were filthy, and our toilet seat was broken.

We stayed a couple days to go to silver dollar city, we were gone during the day and their at night

Breakfast wasn't the best I ever had, but it was something to eat

Cons:

I would have liked to see the ashtray in the smoking area dumped at least once, I would have dumped it myself, but there was no trash can in the area

This place was inexpensive for all the right reasons, not because it was run-down Everything was clean and worked. It was not luxurious. No carpet, closet, or drawers in my room, but the floor was clean and I had plenty of space to put my stuff and hang my clothes.

Mostly everything. Great price, location, rooms.

Cons:

One male staff was super rude to all 3 of our groups on Friday night. Cold welcome, felt like an inconvenience to him, questioned rudely why a family of 4 might need more than a few towels in the room after the pool - when asking for towels. All 3 of our groups had similar experiences.
The female and younger male were very delightful and welcoming, a complete opposite to the older gentleman.

Very basic room, nothing fancy but good free breakfast and good location.

Cons:

The staff was not personable. They weren't rude but the male checking us in was just not real personable (there may have been a slight language barrier (English not being his first language) so he may not have wanted to speak much)
