El desayuno los fines de semana empieza a las 8h… teníamos que salir del hotel a las 8:30 y nos hubiera gustado poder desayunar antes. Entre semana empieza a las 7h.

Pros:

Limpio, aunque las tuberías del lavabo iban un poco lentas y si sacabas el filtro para que corriese más el agua, olia

Cons:

Precio desorbitado por una noche ,en el que no se incluía ni el desayuno y para colmo una cola de escándalo en la cafetería, ya que ese fin de semana había una Ope .Pero es lo que tiene el libre mercado.

El trato de una camarera del comedor restaurante trato muy mal a otra camarera cuando la pobre nos explicaba lo que podíamos ver en Bilbao la cogío del brazo con muy mala gana me dió tanta pena que le dejé 5€de propina la otra camarera de deberán tomar medidas de su comportamiento hacia sus compañeros que todos fueron simpáticos y amables menos ella un cordial saludo

La ubicación fastanttica !!! es un hotel muy guapo pero deben quitar la moqueta le quita belleza el precio un poco caro pero en general bien.

Bien pero muy mala gestión en lo que respecta a incidencias

Cons:

Me aloje de jueves a viernes, me dejé el cargador en la habitación, llamé para preguntar por él, y el domingo aprovechando que tenía que volver a Bilbao, me acerqué a recepción para preguntar por el cargador, me dijeron que hasta el lunes que pasara la gobernanta no me podrían responder… y para colmo, cuando obtuve la respuesta el lunes, ni rastro de mi cargador…

Terrible staff
Pros:

Terrible service and waiting for an hour for the half empty restaurant. They keep you waiting standing at the desk. Very rude staff. Also at the reception desk. When we phone rings for reservations they pick it up and put it down without a word. Meanwhile the staff is chatting with each other. No manager available.
