Beds are good. Breakfast is good. Staff is OK. AC didn't work.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is big and great. The breakfast is great if you go in the first hour or so. After that, it's cold. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The room was too hot to fall asleep, and the AC didn't work - we had to open the windows, which allows for noise. The sink was clogged. The shower head could be a lot better, compared to the rest of the conditions. Again, breakfast hot food was cold if you didn't go in the first hour. Customer service isn't very helpful and are only there to attend to the basic stuff. When we checked-in, we were told we get two invoices with 2 tax IDs but asked us to request for it "later". During check-out, we asked if we could get it and the immediate answer "No, I don't think that's doable", when it actually was (after some pressure) and the person just didn't know how to do it.

Finally, when the reservation was no longer cancellable, the Booking price dropped from 636€ to 536€.
