Vaikne spa ylitti rauhallisuudellaan odotukset ! Siellä sai todellakin rentoutua ❣️

Cons:

Yhdellä henkilökuntaan kuuluvalla ei ilmeisesti ollut asiakaspalvelu henkisyyttä mutta onneksi toiset ymmärsivät asiakaspalvelun (ja hymyn) merkityksen!!

Pros:

Aamiainen hyvä, sijainti samoin. Pysäköinti pihassa.

Cons:

Pysäköinti ollut aiemmin maksuton. Nyt maksullinen , varausmaksu ei onnistunut etukäteen. Portista ei päässyt sisään muuten kuin juoksemalls receptioniin ja pyytämällä avaamaan puomin. Kylpylän asiakas väitti ettei meillä ollut oikeutta quiet spahan ja osa sen kohteista jäi käymättä...myöhemmin ilmeni että hotelliasukkaille olisi kuulunut quiet spa.
TV ei toiminut.

Top Lage mit Erholungsmöglichkeiten im Spa-Bereich
Pros:

Super Lager. Kurze Wege für Besichtigungungen, da direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Der Spa Bereich ist vielfältig und trägt zur Erholung bei.

Cons:

Im Bad wären ein Paar Hacken für Handtücher oder Bademantel schön. Auch für das Aufhängen nasser Badesachen zum Trocknen fehlten sie.

gutes hotel in stadtnähe
Pros:

das hotel liegt wenige gehminuten vom stadtzentrum entfernt . obwohl das früstücksbuffet etwas klein wirkt , werdern die meisten mit dem angebot glücklich sein.

Cons:

die schranke zum parklatz funktioniert nicht richtig und auch die sprechanlage war defekt . an der reception war durch die externen sauna und spa gäste viel los und so viel der check in etwas ruppig aus . der nicht billige hotelparkplatz wird tagsüber durch externe spa gäste stark genutzt.
