I booked this stay for my daughter and her partner, as it was both her birthday and wedding day, and the hotel made it truly special. The staff were very communicative, welcoming, and prepared a lovely welcome set for them, which was a wonderful touch. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, and the spa area was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the city or starting the morning refreshed. The location was also excellent, within easy reach of all the main attractions.

The breakfast selection was not very diverse, but everything was fresh and tasty.

Nie mamy zastrzeżeń. Pokój był czysty, przygotowany. Jest klimatyzacja i lodówka. Łazienka czysta. Dostęp do basenu i sauny super. Zwróciłabym uwagę na zachowanie gości w saunie fińskiej. Dolewanie wody na kamienie ile wlezie i przekraczanie 100 stopni to lekka przesada. Nikt nad tym nie panuje z obsługi. Wyszłam z tamtad poparzona.

Śniadanie smaczne. :) lokalizacja mega!

Heas asukohas vanalinnas, personal suurepärane ja abivalmis. Hommikusööki pakutakse 10-ni ja valik oli igati OK.

Cons:

Pakutud tuba oli kui akvaarium. Kolm suurt akent mitmest küljest, kõik vee- ja spordikeskuse külastajad käisid akendest mööda. Autod sõitsid ja poarkisid magades vähem kui meetri kaugusel.

Pros:

Tiszta, központi szállás. Amikor mentem nagyon rossz idő volt, így megkérdeztem esetleg korábbi check in lehetőség van-e és egyből küldték a szobám kódját. A wellness is kellemes volt. Több féle szauna és medence várta a vendégeket.

Pros:

Camera pulita, confortevole senza ridondanze. Finestra apribile, letto comodo e scalda acqua in camera per fare tè/tisane. Accesso libero al parco acquatico (pubblico) con piscine riscaldate, piscina calda e fredda, sauna secca e sauna umida, molto piacevole. Comodi spogliatoi.
La posizione è buona (entro le mura della città vecchia) a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Parcheggio privato per chi ne avesse bisogno. Colazione internazionale di buon livello.

Cons:

La vista dalle finestre delle camere 2xx è sul parcheggio, non particolarmente esaltante. Forse la vista delle stanze del corridoio 1xx è meglio.
La doccia con tendina è un po' scomoda. Un box rigido sarebbe più confortevole.

Everything went well; we're satisfied.
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, wonderful and spacious spa complex. There are several large shopping centers, many different eateries, and restaurants located not far from the hotel. There is direct access to the Old Town.

Cons:

The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and there isn't much space in the café
